Akubire Matthew (Knock the door) is a talented kologo artist from Pogmolgo Sirigu, Upper East, Ghana. He is known and loved by the people in his area, for his energetic performances, uplifting and meaningful songs. Since a couple of years, he has been joining King Ayisoba and playing in many venues all around Ghana, as well as TV shows and radios. His songs are in his mother tongue fra-fra, also in Twi, the Ashanti language as well as english. Akubire used to be a vulcanizer in Sirigu and play his music aside for many years.
