Watching Cliff & Stuart, surrounded with young Men and Women that have made the choice to intently listen to them, reminds me of how crowds gathered around Christ to hear His teachings. This just shows how well these two Men are ACTIVELY working to be successful in being Christ like. Amazing, and moving to see! I want what they have, and are actively doing ! I pray one day, God willing, i will follow this path as well...its truly inspiring.!

In today's society, we've gotten away from genuine faith. We tend to go with our emotional state at that particular moment. I'm guilty of this and we desperately need to step back and ground ourselves in Faith, scripture studies, and prayer. Galatians 5:16 explains it very clearly.

I have a question: Many say that repentance is to pray to God so he forgives you your sins. But some say that repentence is just a change of mind, when you turn away from sin, he forgives you. Now my question is do you just do both?
The second thing you said is the direct meaning of repentance but to change your mind you do need to go to God in prayer and say “I repent now Lord, I accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. I will change my life” and mean that truly then yes that’s repentance

You are not alone friend, I think most Christians feel distant at some point of time, even Jesus as a man felt the distance. But thankfully it has nothing to do with our feelings, it has to do with the promise of God to never leave or forsake us. Hold on to his promises.

I think many Orthodox Christians would understand that Cliffe is trying to introduce people to his best friend, Jesus Christ and leave it at that. Many would likely not engage in the kind of public setting we see here. I can see them debating in private or in a different context.

I think cliffe missed the boat addressing the last guy. I took from it that he was questioning why jesus went to middle east and not to asia or other parts to spread the gospel. However that was the great commission given to the apostles of old, and current day. Easy answer he was rejected by the jews first then reached out to the gentiles . 😊
A comment on your exposition of the trinity: I assent to all you said and find your illustrations as helpful as any others I have encountered instruction as a catachumen. I used to find the unexplainable parts--the mystery of it all--satifactorily resolved in my mind by resorting to St. Augustine's sand illustration: that our human minds cannot comprehend the infinite God, that we cannot put all the sand grains into our tiny human vessel. I would definitely hesitate in a forum such as the one you are entertaining as any reference to Augustine inevitably sends the unsanctified mind back to his most unsanctified youth; while God may have forgiven Augustine his wild oats, AIDS may not forgive the soul who turns, however briefly, from God. I suppose we could pick up on your tree root analogy here by considering the soul that chooses to bungee jump with a faulty rope, which I also do not recommend. We have to remember that God is not confined by time, space, or matter. God is beyond our human comprehension. God is the “High and Lofty One Who inhabits eternity” (Isaiah 57:15). This is one of the mysteries of the Christian faith. If we, as human beings, could explain the existence of God, He would not be God. If we could totally understand the mysteries of God, He would not be worthy of our worship.

You guys are great, thanks for what you do. But I would like to point out the fact that when asked about “those who have never heard”, you guys always answer that you don’t know but the Bible is clear, Jesus is the only way (John 14:6). I think the misconception is in thinking that those who haven’t heard in some way deserve to have heard. None of us deserve anything but death (Romans 3:23, 6:23). If we have the privilege to hear the gospel we better take advantage of His mercy and grace and not get hung up on what will happen to other people. Because If it’s true it’s true. For example, If a helicopter rescued me out of the water and I notice it leaves others I’m not going to jump out of the helicopter to die out of outrage. Just maybe, those guys were enemies wanting to destroy the helicopter, maybe there wasn’t enough fuel, I don’t know, but I’ll sort it out later. When it comes to humanity we ARE enemies of God but we can be reconciled to Him through His Son when He paid for our sins on the cross. If we turn from our sins and put our faith in Him He grants us the gift of eternal life. Jesus said He didn’t come to condemn but to save. He doesn’t have to condemn because we already are condemned when Adam rebelled in the garden and we continue to sin in the daily. As for why some get to hear but not others, I can admit I don’t understand, but the Word says that God has appointed people to live in certain places at certain times (Acts 17:26). We may not understand it all now but that’s why we have to have faith. “And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation” ~ Acts 17:26

I have a TH-cam channel that is beginning to grow. I'm good at teaching, but I am not so good at apologetics. I would like to learn how to weave apologetics into my teaching as a matter of course. Right now, I'm getting comments how God and religion isn't real and the Bible is a bunch of fairy tales written by goat herders living 6000 years ago. I'm finding it difficult how to respond to these comments. I try to answer all my comments, even the negative ones. Can you help me?
I'm not absolutely sure if The Lord gave me this to understand or it's a construct of my own thought processes, but I got the idea and understanding that for people who died before ever getting to know about Jesus, The Lord sends The Holy Spirit to guide those people and tell them what they should do in each situation that God wants to deal with. If they listen to His Holy Spirit and obey they will be judged well on that event and if they refuse to listen and obey they won't be judged well on that event. Like if someone in a tribe somewhere deep in some jungle or something is alone with the decent leader of the tribe and he has an opportunity to kill that leader and then he would become the leader God will have The Holy Spirit put it on that man's heart and mind to not do that. If the man listens and doesn't do it then he will be judged well. If he doesn't listen and does it anyway then he will not be judged well. Perhaps that is how The Lord will deal with those situations, but we know this... The Lord said he writes His laws and Will on our hearts! So we have a feeling for what is right and wrong. The only way around that would be if you are terribly broken mentally and/or you are under spiritual attack and deception, manipulation and misleading by the enemy (satan and the fallen angels) or God gave us free will and if you have been so horribly wrong and evil even after He has called you out of it, but you keep on for long enough that The Lord says "Ok, you want to be evil so much, fine be that way!" and he hardens your heart in that position like he did with the pharaoh of Egypt at the Exodus. As far as Far East Asia and the Americas, we were told to preach The Gospel to every corner of the earth! We have just about accomplished that! But I have this idea that there will be people judged based on if they obeyed Will of The Lord and listened to and obeyed what the Holy Spirit urged them to do. Just watched Cliff Knechtle on the PBD Podcast. They asked about Catholicism and basically stated it is the same as biblical Christianity. Catholicism teaches your born again when your sprinkled as a baby, your saved by good works, Mary can hear millions of prayers at one time like God which is blasphemy, that priests can forgive sins which is blasphemy, that the eucharist turns into Christs actual body which is blasphemy, has idols in their churches even though idolatry is forbidden, they call the pope holy church which is Gods title and is blasphemy, murdered 15 million Christians in the dark ages, burned Tyndale alive for translating the Bible into English, teaches that to say your saved is the sin of presumption etc. etc. etc. The guy interviewing Cliff was something like a Coptic or Greek orthodox - Cliff had the chance of a life time to witness to him and all the Catholics listening and he compromised. Does Cliff believe you can be saved by good works? Stick with Ray Comfort and avoid watered down false teachers.

Your capacity as a devout Christian to thwart the evil doing of equally devout children of Satan shows equal levels of devotion. The Christian is just as devout every time they love thy neighbour enough to protect them from evil. In today's society, we've gotten away from genuine faith. We tend to go with our emotional state at that particular moment. I'm guilty of this and we desperately need to step back and ground ourselves in Faith, scripture studies, and prayer. Galatians 5:16 explains it very clearly.

The word repent literally means a change of mind.

I'm going to give you historical and archeological evidence for God's Existence as The Scriptures have prophecies that predate the events recorded in them by several millennia including Matthew, Hosea and Zechariah which prophesy accurately of the people of Israel becoming a nation again after over 1900 years of being scattered around the nations since the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 70 A.D. spoken of by Christ in Matthew 23:29-24:3 and returning to their homeland after The Holocaust with Jerusalem as their capital in 1948 exactly as Jesus The Christ said. The prophets including Daniel spoke of the time where several world empires would arise and fall including the Babylonian kingdom, Medes and Persians, Roman Empire, and Saladin and the Muslims which went in consecutive order for the past few millennia. The people of Israel becoming a nation after The Holocaust in 1948 (ironically the melting point of gold as God compares Israel to gold that's tested in fire in Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 16:15) exactly how Jesus The Christ said would happen since God us everything to come in The Scriptures and not just because people were working towards as Atheists claim which are impossible for any regular man to predict.

The question begs how did two genders evolve from a common ancestor with a perfectly hospitable and sustainable environment with breathable oxygen and resources to survive on inexplicably? Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word.
Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. We have to remember that God is not confined by time, space, or matter. God is beyond our human comprehension. God is the “High and Lofty One Who inhabits eternity” (Isaiah 57:15). This is one of the mysteries of the Christian faith. If we, as human beings, could explain the existence of God, He would not be God. If we could totally understand the mysteries of God, He would not be worthy of our worship.

You guys are great, thanks for what you do. But I would like to point out the fact that when asked about “those who have never heard”, you guys always answer that you don’t know but the Bible is clear, Jesus is the only way (John 14:6).
I think the misconception is in thinking that those who haven’t heard in some way deserve to have heard. None of us deserve anything but death (Romans 3:23, 6:23).
If we have the privilege to hear the gospel we better take advantage of His mercy and grace and not get hung up on what will happen to other people. Because If it’s true it’s true.
For example, If a helicopter rescued me out of the water and I notice it leaves others I’m not going to jump out of the helicopter to die out of outrage. Just maybe, those guys were enemies wanting to destroy the helicopter, maybe there wasn’t enough fuel, I don’t know, but I’ll sort it out later. When it comes to humanity we ARE enemies of God but we can be reconciled to Him through His Son when He paid for our sins on the cross. If we turn from our sins and put our faith in Him He grants us the gift of eternal life.
Jesus said He didn’t come to condemn but to save. He doesn’t have to condemn because we already are condemned when Adam rebelled in the garden and we continue to sin in the daily.
As for why some get to hear but not others, I can admit I don’t understand, but the Word says that God has appointed people to live in certain places at certain times (Acts 17:26). We may not understand it all now but that’s why we have to have faith.

I have a TH-cam channel that is beginning to grow. I'm good at teaching, but I am not so good at apologetics. I would like to learn how to weave apologetics into my teaching as a matter of course.
Right now, I'm getting comments how God and religion isn't real and the Bible is a bunch of fairy tales written by goat herders living 6000 years ago. I'm finding it difficult how to respond to these comments. I try to answer all my comments, even the negative ones.

Romans 2 covers HOW God judges, very clearly. How the believer, non-believer and ignorant of Jesus are judged.
I'm not absolutely sure if The Lord gave me this to understand or it's a construct of my own thought processes, but I got the idea and understanding that for people who died before ever getting to know about Jesus, The Lord sends The Holy Spirit to guide those people and tell them what they should do in each situation that God wants to deal with. If they listen to His Holy Spirit and obey they will be judged well on that event and if they refuse to listen and obey they won't be judged well on that event.
Like if someone in a tribe somewhere deep in some jungle or something is alone with the decent leader of the tribe and he has an opportunity to kill that leader and then he would become the leader God will have The Holy Spirit put it on that man's heart and mind to not do that. If the man listens and doesn't do it then he will be judged well. If he doesn't listen and does it anyway then he will not be judged well.
Perhaps that is how The Lord will deal with those situations, but we know this... The Lord said he writes His laws and Will on our hearts! So we have a feeling for what is right and wrong.
The only way around that would be if you are terribly broken mentally and/or you are under spiritual attack and deception, manipulation and misleading by the enemy (satan and the fallen angels) or God gave us free will and if you have been so horribly wrong and evil even after He has called you out of it, but you keep on for long enough that The Lord says "Ok, you want to be evil so much, fine be that way!" and he hardens your heart in that position like he did with the pharaoh of Egypt at the Exodus.
As far as Far East Asia and the Americas, we were told to preach The Gospel to every corner of the earth!
We have just about accomplished that!
But I have this idea that there will be people judged based on if they obeyed Will of The Lord and listened to and obeyed what the Holy Spirit urged them to do.
I could be very wrong about how The Lord will deal with those situations though.

Just watched Cliff Knechtle on the PBD Podcast. They asked about Catholicism and basically stated it is the same as biblical Christianity. Catholicism teaches your born again when your sprinkled as a baby, your saved by good works, Mary can hear millions of prayers at one time like God which is blasphemy, that priests can forgive sins which is blasphemy, that the eucharist turns into Christs actual body which is blasphemy, has idols in their churches even though idolatry is forbidden, they call the pope holy church which is Gods title and is blasphemy, murdered 15 million Christians in the dark ages, burned Tyndale alive for translating the Bible into English, teaches that to say your saved is the sin of presumption etc. etc. etc. The guy interviewing Cliff was something like a Coptic or Greek orthodox - Cliff had the chance of a life time to witness to him and all the Catholics listening and he compromised. Does Cliff believe you can be saved by good works? Stick with Ray Comfort and avoid watered down false teachers.

This is Canon 1 on justification from the Council of Trent. Catholics do not believe in justification by good works. This is just an example, but also other claims about Catholicism in this post are at least not correct.
Ray and Cliffe have 2 different ministries. Ray shares the Gospel for the Christian faith while Cliffe uses apologetics for the Christian faith.

Christ appears to people in dreams. He will not leave anyone in the dark. So what is the Good News (Gospel)? The point is that even though you are a sinner, I love you so much that I will pay your debts to the Law (John 3:16)... But who are you to me? Do I know you? (Matthew 7:22-27, John 14:23). And if anyone, having heard the Message, does not follow the Word of God, he himself is to blame for his decision (John 3:18)...
I want to ask. My questions... 1. The reality that we can see right now is that in this universe there are trillions of trillions of planets and galaxies. If there are countless trillions of trillions of planets... maybe not only planet Earth has living creatures inhabiting it...? For example, if there are a trillion other planets that have living creatures like Earth and its inhabitants are various types of non-human creatures, would Jesus also be God on those one trillion inhabited planets...? 2. The real facts that we can know right now... the earth is approximately 10 million km, the sun is 1.3 million times as big as the earth, and there is a star called U Scuty that is tens of billions of times as big as the sun . If the celestial bodies were super massive in size like that, the number in the trillions would be uncountable. How big do you think God the Creator is, bro...? Maybe God is only as big as the man Jesus...? 3. According to scientists, the universe is more than 13 billion years old, whereas according to historians, Adam and Eve only existed about 7 thousand years ago. Based on this science... maybe the universe has been empty without any living creatures inhabiting it for more than 13 billion years...? So what was Jesus doing for 13 billion years before there were humans, Adam and Eve...? Please answer me!!!!?!!!

Your capacity as a devout Christian to thwart the evil doing of equally devout children of Satan shows equal levels of devotion.
The Christian is just as devout every time they love thy neighbour enough to protect them from evil. What makes the devotion to evil seem like it goes beyond that of the devotion to good… is probably because of the shocking outcomes that evil often leads to.
Don’t get it confused though; when you preserve life through goodness you’re preserving an image of God. When you take life through evil you’re attempting to erase that image. Make no mistake, Satan works hard on propaganda to draw people away from the light; and some people do love the darkness and hate the light just as we much as we love the light and hate the darkness - it doesn’t mean they have the truth.

Nah they believe that Grace is what gets us to heaven not works. Not a single christian believes that works gets you to heaven. As an Orthodox I am thought that it is grace and faith that gets me to heaven. But proper faith is expressed by works.

10:00 just to chime in I believe the resurrection is the reason for the Holy Spirit and I’ll explain why, firstly god is eternal and every aspect of god existed from the beginning of time and it is displayed that god is outside the realm of time because he was born 4000 years in according to strict Jewish theology yet in the garden when Adam hid from god god was walking in the garden implying he had a human form, whenever god appears as flesh in the bible in any chapter he appears at different ages, the bible says a life is but a breath to god, when god made Adam he deposited his spirit, this same spirit came as Jesus Christ in flesh and upon his death was released unto the world, but this same spirit also returned into yahusha (Jesus Christ) upon his resurrection and he returned to heaven, this is why it’s possible for their to be 3 versions of the same spirit and thats why in Joshua god was able to say I go ahead of you I go behind you and I am beside you, because he is given to his creation 3 times but each of these aspects of god is the fullness of god and therefore eternal so they neither had beginning nor end even though to our understanding they do. It’s a very complicated subject to discuss and I hope this is followable because it’s a very difficult subject
