my favourite class or genre of music is probably 80's rock and metal. it takes heart and skill to play it well. glad to see some people still play it. really nice tone and playing on that Chapman Rocco. your singer has got some seriouso pipes on him. You may have noticed there's no dislikes on this video. That isn't because TH-cam is hiding them, it's because nobody actually dislikes it. It's too damn awesome.
This is a monster cover. There's only two things I would have preferred. Live drumming (in the style of Survivor/Saxon/Journey) and a guitar sound that was less thick and more trebly (overdriven stratocaster rhythm guitar instead of humbucking sound). Other than that, it was masterful. Best version of TH-cam of this cover.

You didn't make the mistake of _not_ saving the bass line mirroring the the dominant-parallel -> subdominant chord movement until the very last moment of every chorus, which took out all the epicness from their rendition, and makes yours all that much more powerful!
This is the best 80's mix i've ever heard. You really got it right from the snare, ride, and compression in the vocals.... delays. Just a pleaseure to lisent to. Btw the singer is unbelievable, get that EP going! Im not really that of a fan of classic heavy metal but would definetly hear more of that.
Dude, you could sing in a power metal band. Your voice is perfect and comes perfectly high. Just make a powermetal cover to this song, this would be perfect.
