if you guys cant connect the lightstick, try deleting the app because the app is the one causing the problem the most. after reinstallation try connecting it again.

If you just bought it, it means it has already been updated. If you have it, please use it as instructed. Please run it normally without going into the app, click it once, then go to the Official TH-cam Blackpink and play their song ( make sure the volume sounds loud enough). Or you can run it normally by going to The app then plays the songs in the app (limited). You can also access my videos playlist with many songs.

don't leave the blink app just go on the REACTIVE Mode which is the 3rd Press on the stick then wait for the light to change colour as it reacts. 1st press is to TURN ON, 2nd press is the DIM mode 3rd is REACTIVE mode. Took me a while to see how it works too. The Old album it seems like it only blinks with pink light but with all BORN PINK songs, it blinks with different lights. Hope this helps

You should play it with laptop or tablet or use speaker (make sure it loud enough). And the music it would be official like Born Pink ( album), Lalisa, The show...
For me, when I turn the page to play the music from the app for it to react to, it says lightstick has been disconnected and my lightstick turns blue and won't sync 😢
It's okay, you might saw lightstick has been disconnected but it stills can react to music in the app. You could try again make sure ur mic is loud enough.

You can go out the app and go back again. I had experience when I updated in 60% I confused go out of the app while updating but I go back to the app it still working and react to music

Mine updates over and over again and idk what to do😭 I checked and mine is definitely official it’s not a fake through the YG select scanner. But idk y it just doesn’t work… also there’s a couple differences I noticed. 1. When u go in, for me the OT4 pic on the top is the shut down concept photo instead of LSG. This vid was posted when shut down is out so idk if the app updated or something but it’s one thing I noticed. 2. On the bottom, it saids connect to BP lightstick v2 instead of BP lightstick Detect. 3. My updating takes so much faster than the one shown in the vid. Afterwards, it said to hold and press button to turn on and double click to enter Bluetooth mode even tho it was on and on Bluetooth mode the entire time. And then no matter how I click the button again on the lightstick, it either closes or it just lights up again and the the cycle continues and I update over and over again… Idk what to do right now and I’ve been struggling for a couple of days now😭 Can someone please help me tysm🥲🥲🥲

Yes I updated the app so then I tried to connect my LIGHTSTICK and it would also update the LIGHTSTICK. Then it says successfully updated/connected. So then it would say press the button twice to connect it to Bluetooth mode and I would but then it would just re connect. Like I could never get to the part where I could change the light.

i waited overnight but still didn't work and then i uninstall the app and download it again. Once ur in the app and it says updating u have to wait atleast 30min-1hr.
So try this: First turn off your light stick and app Open the app, and press the connect button Next turn on the lightstick on blue tooth mode And then press the detect button As soon as it gets to the next page where it shows progress, quickly turn the light stick off and then double press the button on lightstick again to get it back to bluetooth mode. It takes a while, I have been playing around with it all day, but hopefully this helps. I havent been able to figure out how it reacts to music tho ): *Also make sure you are connected with the wire

It wont work for me. I get the flashing blue light and then i click the connect to v2 and then i click it and it goes solid blue. Then every single time i have tried to do this, it updates the firmware. Every single time. I have probably updated it over 25 times. Then it says "light stick update has been completed. Press and hole the light stick button long to power on. Press light stick Button twice to enter Bluetooth mode after light stick is turned on." I dont get why it is not working. My light stick never changes color during the process. The only button on the bottom of the last screen after i update is cancle. What should i do? I have tried it with two different phones too.
Spotify and BP's MVs didn't work on my lightstick at first. But there are these audios made spesifically for the lightsticks on Vimeo, and I believe you can find some of them on TH-cam too. My lightstick reacted to those. You should try them if you haven't yet!
Yes, it does. There are only few songs in the app. Also you can do like me or you can go to my playlist. No, need to connect bluetooth or go to the app. Just click open ur LS normally and play the music. About 25min for update, mine after 100% I went out the app and go back again and press hold 1sec to restart the lightstick. But ur, Does it react to song?
it has to be on reactive mode which is the 3rd press. 1st press is to TURN ON 2nd Is to DIM 3rd is to REACT (blinking mode and changes in colour as it listens to music)
You can check my created playlist, made it for blackpink lightstick reacts to music had old and new song. Just open it LS normally by press 1 ( No need go to connect to the app ), make sure ur mic is loud enough and play the vdo.
it does, make sure it's loud enough and the little mic at the back isn't covered. also use the album on TH-cam that was uploaded by blackpink on their channel, it takes a few times but it picks up eventually

It wont work for me. I get the flashing blue light and then i click the connect to v2 and then i click it and it goes solid blue. Then every single time i have tried to do this, it updates the firmware. Every single time. I have probably updated it over 25 times. Then it says "light stick update has been completed. Press and hole the light stick button long to power on. Press light stick Button twice to enter Bluetooth mode after light stick is turned on." I dont get why it is not working. My light stick never changes color during the process. The only button on the bottom of the last screen after i update is cancle. What should i do? I have tried it with two different phones too.
Mines is doing the exact same I just received it today please if you find a solution let me know I've been looking for nearly 2hrs 😪

Spotify and BP's MVs didn't work on my lightstick at first. But there are these audios made spesifically for the lightsticks on Vimeo, and I believe you can find some of them on TH-cam too. My lightstick reacted to those. You should try them if you haven't yet!

Yes, it does. There are only few songs in the app. Also you can do like me or you can go to my playlist.
No, need to connect bluetooth or go to the app. Just click open ur LS normally and play the music.

how many minutes to need update after 100% , mine stopped at 100% and very long time , to react song
About 25min for update, mine after 100% I went out the app and go back again and press hold 1sec to restart the lightstick. But ur, Does it react to song?

it has to be on reactive mode which is the 3rd press. 1st press is to TURN ON 2nd Is to DIM 3rd is to REACT (blinking mode and changes in colour as it listens to music)

You can check my created playlist, made it for blackpink lightstick reacts to music had old and new song. Just open it LS normally by press 1 ( No need go to connect to the app ), make sure ur mic is loud enough and play the vdo.
can connect but not react to songs on youtube. So sad 🤧🥲
I think it's not work with some mobile ph but If you have speaker or laptop or tablet you can try it again. ( Some songs only )

it does, make sure it's loud enough and the little mic at the back isn't covered. also use the album on TH-cam that was uploaded by blackpink on their channel, it takes a few times but it picks up eventually
