Dr. D k olukoya, faced the kingdom work and he was honored with the title of a professor, by his university, he said that he want to and get the professor's degree some years back but the lord asked him to focus on ministry, some years later he was awarded the same degree he wanted to go for. Hmmm. Omo if you are misled by any preacher or pastor, know that you will bear the consequences and the pastor will move on with his life and congregation. Be wise. Go to school and study relevant courses and also ensure you add to your skillset. Don't just depend on your certificate(s) alone for advancement. But to talk down on education and multiple degrees is a no no.
My takeaway from this is that we should not be crying over situations we can't change. If your parents are not able to give you formal education, put effort and learn a skill and be perfect in it
It's easy to debunk All He's Saying and Mis the point!!! After all, The Purpose of Our Life Is to Manifest the Kingdom In all areas of Our Lives. Do Not look down on yourself because your certificate Is not Strong enough. Follow the Kingdom all the Things men are Looking for will fall At your Feets. Peace.
This message isn't about not putting priority on formal education, rather it places premium on depending of God rather than whatever certificate you can acquire.. There are pastors who really don't believe in formal Education, precisely a pastor in Ugeli " pastor Murphy Akpovie " who believes that circular jobs and formal education is not the will of God for believers in the ministry.. He is of the opinion that education should be based of your God given purpose, forgetting that every beliver has been given one purpose which is reconciling men back to God as an ambassadors of Christ... And when Jesus spoke and said Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel, it meant "go ye into the system that drives the progress of Humanity and its Existence and preach the Gospel of the kingdom".. mind you Jesus Said we are in this world but not of It. He prayed to the father not to take them out of the world but keep them safe in the world. so you may be in the entertainment world but not made of it, so we need to bring the kingdom of God to this particular world. Same thing to all other worlds such as : sport , busines , economics, medical, religion, politics , military etc. So my question is this, if you do not get involve in the circular world how would you reach out to them.. The pastor practically stops all his pastors mostly the Female ones not to do anything as regards to working and earning money.. so he has these set of Girls living in his house , one is a certified nurse but abandoned her certificate just to work for this pastor. His biological daughter has to stop school just to do work of the ministry.. is this what the bible teaches ?? He claims he has partners who partners with his ministry and these partners are gainfully employed and some are Yahoo fruds stars verified. So My second question is are these partners not suppose to be serving the Lord and doing the work of the ministry?

Secondly, it's a message of Hope to those who basically didn't finish up with what the World Systems calls good grades. He was basically revealing that, with or without the Certificate you can Thrive in Life as long as The God Factor is Sorted in Your Life... Some of you critics are one of the problems of The Body of Christ... YOU LACK UNDERSTANDING FAM... Uncle Critics,Listen again and HAVE SENSE. Luke 12:15 And he said to them, "Take care, and be on your guard against all covetousness, for one's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions." I don't agree with this teaching, I seriously don't agree and I find it really misleading. I believe it's very possible to be a very powerful believer and learned at the aame time.

It's so sad that a lot of heresy is been preached and no one is willing to correct the wrong, if one does then they are accused of been in the flesh. you just don't understand, I noticed in Africa when ppl talk against school they get attacked but we are the ppl school hasn't helped at all
