Man I collect a few things here and there and money is really tight these days but I will not go down the road of looking at movies theaters for popcorn buckets
I think it's a cool thing, but I'm not going to a theater for the slight chance to get a popcorn bucket. It's interesting that they don't require a ticket purchase to an actual movie for people to get these things though. One would think they'll rethink their policy here. The whole purpose is to get people to the theater to see the movie, not for people to go to the theater to pick up just the bucket & then leave. Promotions are supposed to get people in the seats. This is clearly not happening in a lot of cases.
@@Raphaelcejamancorrect. I worked for Regal for over 12 years & I can tell you concession is where theaters make their profit. They don’t make much off ticket sales as that profit goes back to the studios (whichever one released the movie).
@@RaphaelcejamanI guess it depends on the theater, I guess. Prior to everything being done on one's phone, you'd have to buy a ticket at the ticket office, show that ticket to someone soon afterwards, they then would rip part of it off & tell you which numbered room the movie is in & then you'd get the concessions. I never heard of someone going to a movie theater just to buy popcorn. Maybe that's a West Coast thing, as I never did that on the East Coast. That just seems to be really weird for someone to do if that's actually the case.
For the deadpool wolverine there was some guy going theater to theater buying alot of the buckets to flip. It's shenanigans that theaters don't limit 1 per person with ticket purchase
Yea,but you have to remember. This guy is a hype buyer. Whatever is being hyped up at the moment he gets it. Not a real collector. Thats why his toy room looks like a messing junk room now.
why the fuck are they selling them before the movie is even out. People going in on opening night are gonna be pissed since there was no pre-order afaik
@@randomkillerx2157 so after looking around while i couldnt find it officially posted by regal, they release all popcorn buckets a week ahead of time and some of the items are already selling out. my local one no longer had the phone/controller holders thankfully those can be bought online

Same the hype is too lame haha if something is trendy I get turned off by it easily because it’s mind numbing
To each their own
The popcorn bucket just loads popcorn into his mouth. No other opening
I'm planning on using mine as a planter. Lol. I love it
Wish I could pick up one,but somehow it’s always out of stock .🙁
I got my tickets for this Saturday . Hopefully they have some in stock
Will these be available online for purchase?
That cup and popcorn bucket though
I'll have to put my max 2 in one of these!
Awesome pick ups man, I can't wait to see Venom The Last Dance this week! I think you should go see it since it's the last movie.
You thought the 1st two were actually good?
We are venom🖤

As long as I can remember it’s always been like this even to buy just a tub of popcorn

@@CoolCATs2814 I can confirm from experience I saw it a lot. People would come in to buy the popcorn then leave. I’m on the east coast as well.
