As mentioned in the video, this was turned over last year and the owner is situated out of the country and will be permanently staying offshore thatâs why she is selling her house. This specific property has not been rented out and used at all but the foundation and everything in it are still as quality as when it was turned out. Itâs just the grass that grew of course over time since thereâs no dedicated gardener for turned over units. Still appreciate your feedback Sir.

Hello @yikesomg3423 itâs not overgrown actually. From my observation, there has been parts of the grass thatâs being treated now since there have been dry patches. The trees theyâre planting looks refreshing actually specially when you look out from the masterâs bedroom. Looks like a wall of painting with green trees as your subject. Refreshing to the eyes :)
