I use a Moza R5 wheel base and I mainly use it for drifting in Assetto Corsa. I would notice that the wheel would just cut off the force feedback for a split second every now and then. As it turns out, it was a common and fixed problem where big spikes in the force feedback would cause it to stop for a moment (hitting a wall for most people but for me that meant in transitions when drifting). Watching this video and then upgrading the firmware completely solved the issue. Love the content and keep it up.

Thanks for this. I run the R9 with the GS wheel and, lately, I’ve been having issues with the gear shift paddles not working after start up. My workaround is to always turn the wheel on first and then launch the PH software and it seems to work most of the time now. I also cannot get the rev strip to work on RF2. Every other game fine, RF2 just never has.

i have a problem..when i use simhub i cannot get my leds on my wheel to work...and when i launch the game from moza my leds work but i cannot get simhub to work so i can only have one or the other what is that about?
I only have moza pedals and the work on fh5 but not being recognised in fh4, anyone experienced this? Pithouse is picking up the pedals but the game isnt?

Hi, I've got an r16 and trying to play ACC. Every time I start a race, the wheel in the game starts all the way in one direction regardless of the position of the physical wheels position. When I slightly turn the physical wheel to the other side, the gaming wheel goes all the way to that side. There's no middle ground. It's either all the way to one side or the other which makes game play impossible. Any thoughts on what would cause this?
did you calibrate the wheel in pithouse and in ACC?
@OG_Gamers_Live yes that hasn't worked either. It's like an on off switch. Either all the way to the right or left with no smoothing in-between.
Never mind. I did the wheel calibration through the usb settings now it works great.
Hello! I have moza r9. What could this be - in wrc10 and wrc generation, if you drive on the keyboard, the fps is consistently 120 or more, and if you use the steering wheel, it drops to 80-60. If you press escape in a race and enter the race again, it shows 120 fps (the steering wheel does not see), then pull the handbrake or press the gas - the game sees the steering wheel and the fps again drops to 80-60
I have no idea thats a new one on me.
I have a R9/CS V2 combo and when I play WRC10 the wheel likes to drop out unless I click the "Pit" button repeatedly as I'm trying to race and you can see when I turn the wheel it then drop off then I gotta start clicking the buttons to make it come back. Then, if I stop fully, my wheel just rocks back and forth on its own. Why would it do that, or how can I fix that?

Fixed my issue my main issue was that my game would recognize my keyboard and my wheel at the same time so I had to reconfigure the controls for the keyboard and steering wheel to match each other. Also at least on my r9 a backed the connection plate with tape for it to protrude slightly for better connection with my wheel.
My R5 had a "signal lost" error. After turning on and off and restarting pc, still did not connect. Then unplugged from current USB port, reconnected to another port and it reconnected!

Sometimes my left paddle stops working during gameplay while plugged into USB2.0.
Do you think the USB hub could have something to do with this?
That's possible another culprit could also be windows thinking that USB port is not in use and putting to sleep for few mili seconds you can go into Device manager and go to usb controllers and devices and set all of them to do not allow windows to power off under power options there's a video concerning audio problems on my channel that tells you how to fix that you can see that here and fix for the power management is the same and that starts at 2:08 in this video th-cam.com/video/ACi48Be1pSw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=gJZLzWj1PdzLxFeb&t=128 and if that's not the issue we cannot rule out a faulty paddle

I love my R9 but the connection issues with the wheel and wheelbase is incredibly frustrating. I have no Bluetooth devices in my house and it will still have random connection drops. I've had to leave online races because I can't shift.
It will work seamlessly sometimes and sometimes it won't work at all. The worst experience I've had is trying to update the software on my wheel. It couldn't complete due to losing connection. It was stuck in boot mode for three days.
Contact support@mozaracing.com most folks who have had this same problem have gotten it solved. and if they can't get it sorted make them RMA it and have them send you a new one.
@@OG_Gamers_Live yeah I've gotten two different answers from moza. The first time they told me that there was nothing that could be done and I just need to deal with it. Then the second guy told me it needed to be repaired and then never contacted me back on how to do that

Great video! For what ever reason, I can’t get mt thumb sticks to work in any game or even register in moza pit house. Tried everything and they never register
Not sure what the issue would be, my wheel doesn't have thumb sticks just a thumb pad and buttons and they all work
Hello, i can not configure the buttons of Truck Wheel with R9 Base. In Moza Pit House Software the status is disconnected. But in Euro Truck Simulator 2 works everything. The Wheel with force feedback and the pedals work great. But i cant configure the Wheel buttons. They dont work.
I have neither the truck wheel or the R9 base so I cannot answer that question sorry....
the only problem i have with my Moza R5 is that ONLY in ACC my pc restarts after 2 min of driving, and any other game it works without problems and i still dont know how to fix that .... i even got my R5 replaced with a new R5 base and it didnt fix it

My moza shifter was working just fine but now all of the sudden it just keeps disconnecting and reconnecting😊

have you downloaded PITHOUSE and installed it?
@@OG_Gamers_Live yes i have. I got the brook resolution 2 so that i could play it on my ps5 till i switch over to pc.
my r5 bundle just came in and I installed the software and got everything up and running properly… I think.. I’m not techy at all, however the 2 games I have that are supported at the moment are ACC and Wreckfest and when I start either game up, my wheel which is moving around and working in the moza hub, doesn’t work at all on either of these 2 games and I’m at a loss as to why or what I have to do. I’ve calibrated pedals and the lights on the wheel are on until I start up either game and then they turn off and neither game the wheel or pedals do anything for.. on Wreckfest when I change from keyboard to moza in devices, it goes right back to keyboard.
in Pit house launch ACC go to controls and see if it see yours your setup if not you have to set it up in the game and then save the setup pretty7 sure I covered that in this video here th-cam.com/video/qtJFRLSyZQY/w-d-xo.html

Why wheel violently shakes when I’m drifting or even let go going straight how do I fix this
probably need to adjust the forced feedback settings in game and in pithouse
I am having an issue where the force feedback is amazing on my R5 for the first 15 mins on game and then it quits working all of the sudden.
check your settings in Moza pit house and in game and make sure they match if that doesn't resolve the issue contact Moza support.

I got my Moza R5 and cannot get the game to recognize it at all. I’ve not had this problem with my other wheel. The Moza app recognizes it, but it is DOA in the game and I’ve tried everything. I’ll send it back for the extra 200 bucks I can get the G Pro, which I know by game will recognize. It’s unfortunate because if it would’ve worked, they would’ve had a customer watch you list. Watching you list all these other problems makes this thing sound more of a headache than anything.
Hello sir, appreciate your video here! I am not able to get my wheel and base to be recognised by Pit House. I did just hit update with the F1 23 update and it has disconnected my base and wheel. Uninstalled the Pit House and installed also as rolled back but nothing… any help here please? Thank you

My moza r5 works in the pit house software but suddenly stopped working in game.
It was a steam controller issue. Fixed now.
I’m having an issue where there are multiple buttons being pressed at once without me touching anything.

Can't say for sure but make sure you've pulled the label off the base of the wheel if you didn't do so during setup. Make sure the wheel is seated correctly. open pithouse and make sure all the firmware is up to date. if none of that fix's the problem contact Moza Support

I have an odd issue with my R9 where the wheel fall out of center by 1-10 degrees after heavy ffb moments. It will do it randomly in F1 22, AC and ACC. This isn't in game damage related, It will do it after catching slides, hard turn in and other fast inputs. I can turn down the force and it happens less often and to less of an extreme. Tried RMA a few months ago with no luck, let it sit for a couple weeks hoping updates would fix something. Going to contact support again and hope this time I get a resolution.

Im having the same issue wit my my r9. Im pretty sure there’s something loose in the base that when you catch the wheel under torque, it makes a smalll slip/metallic sound. Then ffb drops to almost nothing. It’s gotta be a safety in the wheel base, I just havent found a good way to take the base apart to inspect.
@@martimaa Yeah I can definitely feel something slip especially when the FFB is set high. I RMA'd and going through all that hassle right now. After a few days of sending me forum posts on calibration and doing the reset/recover in Pit House, they now want me to make a video showing the problem and maybe then they will take it back.
@@Dangerousdoritos it’s definitely shaft slip, i just gotta figure out what I need to tighten. There’s a single 17mm nut right behind the quick release that the transmitter board cable runs through; and im fairly sure that needs to be ungodly tight.
am an Italian seller, I recently sold Moza I read messages that are not very reassuring, should I sell some other brand and leave moza?

I cannot answer that question for you, I however am not happy about how Moza's Media Relations has treated me, and I no longer work with them.

Unfortunately here in Italy I realized that they only do unboxing reviews and that's it, they don't say anything else
They sponsored my channel and everything was going well until the shifter was coming out. The Terms of our agreement prohibited me from share photo's or videos of the product before the release date. How ever we were allowed to talk about it as long as we didn't go into any specs etc. A few days before the media embargo lifted many people Including Moza were over on the Moza Facebook page not only talking about it in detail several were sharing pictures. So I mentioned the HGP shifter by name in the process of trying to dispel some seriously negative comments. Moza's Media relations immediately got on to me for mentioning the name of the shifter, and when I pointed out that not only did they do so first their retailers were already sharing photo's of said product online and send them links and screen shots to prove it, and that I in the meantime was honoring our agreement ,needless to say I am no longer sponsored by Moza.
dont buy moza. 2k in 7 days and cant get out of purple light flashing on the wheel.
I've had both the R9 and the R12 and all I can say is that while the hardware is moderately impressive (solid materials, well-built) the software is some of the THE worst 3rd world crapware ever unleashed upon humanity. At this price range you have to either be just plain lucky to get this to work, or be immeasurably patient and poorly written and poorly spoken support does not help.
I have yet to have a single issue with the software.
