I love your work so much too! Of course haha! But that point just stood out to me. It's so refreshing to watch a baker who doesn't act like we're in the '50s haha!
I love how simple this is, gonna try it out next week for my birthday cake, however I want to make it a birch stump, so it will be white chocolate. Any tips? I'm thinking I'll swirl white and some dark to get the effect, then seal with white. We shall see!

I think that's more because children of that age don't know the difference between "boyish" and "girly" more than the fact they don't like faeries.
