Me encanto! Loved it!
Thanks. Going in March.
Enjoyed the video. We are coming to Mexico next month and are thinking of booking thanks to this 😊
Wow thanks!
Great video been there 6x and #7 this march....love the Barcelo
What ar the prices for evry thing like ping pong boling and stuf like that we are going in march 2024 could you make a video about. That stuf
Ping-pong is free around the resort, but all of the prices for the arcade, including bowling and mini golf, are subject to change, but can be viewed online
Great videos. Out of the Maya Beach and Tropical, which would you recommended. We are travelling with four kids 17-20 and we prefer a more lively pool area.
Also how many a La cartes can you eat at over one week?
Thanks so much for watching! Out of the two, for your situation I would suggest the Maya Beach. The tropical is a little bit more family focused and with older kids, you might want a more sprawling pool area that is less focused on kids, but both are in a great location with access to amenities from either hotel so you can’t go wrong.
I suppose it’s totally up to your hearts content! I don’t believe there is a limit for à la cart options, but because both hotels are all inclusive, I would definitely recommend looking at the great restaurants that are there!
Do you need reservations at the restaurants and if so how are they made? Hard to get?
You can make them when you arrive, using the concierge or beforehand by contacting the hotel. Many of the restaurants do accept a limited number of walk-ins, but I would strongly recommend making reservations.
how much is it to upgrade to premium? is there somewhere you have room tours?
I don’t have room tours at the specific hotel, but there are photos on the Barceló website! That’s also where you can find out more about pricing. If you are thinking of upgrading to a premium room, I would recommend staying at one of the nicer hotels instead, as you get access to more amenities and even the base level rooms are a little bit nicer. (palace or adults only)
Hey! How is the situation with seaweeds there?
Same as it is anywhere in the tropics. Definitely present but not an overwhelming problem.
You forgot to mention that the bowling and other things cost
Is there an age limit for things like bowling?
I don’t believe so, but I would always check the website for accurate and up-to-date information. I saw young children and senior citizens bowling at the same time when I was there last, but things can always change.
How is food? Did I miss it?
Food, across the entire resort, is fine. Nothing too special but it’s good.
What section would be your favorite?
Out of these two or the entire resort?
How was the nightlife?
It depends on your age range- I am in my mid 20s and I would say that this resort didn’t really have a lot for me after hours. There is a club but it seems like it is mainly for 18-year-olds and people in their mid 30s.
At the same time, there is a lot of great nighttime entertainment and family activities, and a lot of the bars stay open late, but it still feels very limited
Thanks for this video, Jake! Just wondering: is Cancun safe to visit? You read so many stories of tourists being the victims of crime in Mexico these days….
It completely depends on where you go! This resort, technically, not in Cancun, is incredibly safe and gated. Even the taxi cabs need verification to enter and exit. I’ve been coming here since I was a young child, and I’ve never felt unsafe. I would keep an extra eye on your wallet if you are going in some areas outside of downtown Cancun…
@@jslandstudios Ah…okay…makes sense…muchas gracias!!! 😀
