Thanks! We have been here twice and highly recommend it. We wish there was a separate coffee shop! Don't forget that there are garden suites as well...we absolutely love getting a first-floor room facing the jungly garden. It's like a private oasis (and we never like first floor rooms!!).
I've been to the Maya Palace 3 times, and found that the food was great, especially the buffets. Have you been? If so, was the buffet better, or not at the Riviera? Thanks
@@vivalatravelista Lol,.....I'm scared to go to any other resort, because I am a picky eater. Even the food at the other resorts in the complex weren't close to the Palace. I'm specifically speaking of the buffets, not the a la cart restaurants
If you look at the reviews on Google, you can tell they have the staff putting down reviews that are all fake and if you start digging and looking at the ones, our reviews and the most recent times there's a consistent problem with people getting food poisoning, terrible service, I mean, I was just there and it was just complete garbage. it made Disney look like they've got the Disney different still going on and a good set of morals and that's not the case but in comparison these are the laziest Mexicans I've ever met and I make better Mexican food and I'm from Long Island New York

Thanks for watching!
Hello, thanks for sharing this detailed information.. I'm curious to know, what is the resort/incidental deposit when staying here?

Thanks
No I only ate at Maya Riviera

Are there alacarte options for breakfast or lunch you can access at the sister properties?
I didn't dine at the other resorts but I think the daytime options are mostly buffets
Not all suites face the ocean. There is just as many that have a garden view
How did you get to and from airport to the resort? Thanks!
I recommend Cancun Airport Transportation: www.cancunairporttransportations.com/?idaff=1415
@@vivalatravelista thank you!
Thinking abt booking a swim up. I wonder if they are worth it, you also get the premium level
I think they are worth it - you just don’t get the same ocean view as the rooms on the higher floors. So depends on your preferences
@@vivalatravelista yeah foresure makes sense, thanks for your input!
Upgrade to premium level so you can get free room service and way better food, whenever you want! Do it it’s worth it. Trust me.
That food worries me. Doesn’t look good
I preferred the food at the dinner restaurants!
That may be the way I go
We’ve been there twice and the food is excellent
