Very neat finish and clever design. Your english "sewing terms," are a problem. You are tack-stitching your batting /interfacing temporarily, so "tack-stitch batting to wrong side." Works better, then later you are taking out or removing your tacking thread/stitches. 'Take out tacking thread,' or 'remove tacking stitches' works. I will add this to my hand patchwork projects list. Thank-you for sharing your ideas.
Don't be hard on yourself, people who do speak english are always having difficulty finding the right words too. A computer dictionary is not so good, it doesn't tell you the "meanings" of words. Some english words have 2 or more meanings, it can be hard to choose the right one, without understanding what it can mean, a paper copy of a "phrase book," and a "translation dictionary" may work better for you. English is complicated by the many words from other languages too. If I can be helpful, let me know. All the best.
