Absolutely love it. It reminds me of when I was younger and my grandma would make us things like that. So beautiful. It makes me appreciate that she taught me how to make things also. But know I know a few short cuts. 😃💞💓💕💕💕

English paper piecing so my favorite method. This is so soothing to watch
My grandma taught me this, but we used mostly diamonds and supplemented with triangles so there was a little less to sew :) very nice!

That is a work of art:). It's almost too good to put a pot on to. The colours are so pretty. I love doing paper piecing and have an old Mothercare baby box that I use to keep all my fabric, templates and threads in. I've a whole pile of hexies to sew together and you've spurred me on to finish them. I'm going to make them into 3 separate table runners, 1 for each of my children (grown and married), a small heirloom piece. Thankyou for posting this lovely video. I've learnt a lot from watching your videos. You proved my textiles teacher wrong about tacking/basting the thread can be knotted. I recently used a different sewing needle with bigger eye for fabric wrapping around the paper piece this really helped with the threading. I normally use the same needle for both tacking and sewing Clover No.9 applique. I went back to my sewing box and picked needle similar size but with bigger eye. Lately, I have been finding hand sewing not enjoying because been feeling depressed and stress. I've learnt slowing down helps. Your videos give me inspiration for patchwork projects. I haven't found a place which sells the stuff fabric mesh or self adhesive wadding. Interfacing and normal iron on are closest. Most of time it's better to use what is in your stash.
Many people feel like you in this days and this video's help us to be more relaxing. I've found that hand sewing helps me to canalise my anxiety.

Beautiful. It was always a challenge for me to cut straight edges but watching you cut out the I'm uniquely me. Growing up was harsh, ( Marine Corps "BRAT") and we all have baggage. I'm a believer who's faith continues to help me overcome the anchors todays world throws at single, divorced people. I'm a hobby collector who loves to tinker with traditional and eco-friendly materials. An avid bible student an not a bible thumper am interested in the philosophies of life. I see color where most people either see B&W or are oblivious to their surroundings. Although I'm petite in stature my heart is big. I sport a confidential sounding board which is one of my treasured possessions. I wasn't graced with children yet love getting to know others. I'm currently living my first childhood and loving most of it. My baggage is packed with a heavy burden diagnosed with Sarcoidosis, a rare incurable immune disorder, since 2014. I'm the healthiest and sickest I've been in my life. Yet am more active than a lot of my "normal" friends and acquaintances. My favorite medication is my quirky humor and a childlike wonder seeking good in all. I'm looking for a lifetime companion who's sesnitive and a level headed, spontaneous adventurer. Philosophical and spiritually enlightened sparks unusual insights. templates and the way the pieces fit together, makes me rethink about doing some piece work! Thank you for sharing your time and talent.

Love your craft work it’s so simple and relaxing. Just using scraps of colourful cottons. The finished work is special. They would make lovely gifts. I will endeavour to start a project. I am inspired. 😎👍
It is beautiful if you like hand sewing. I am sure lots of people find hand stitching relaxing it just isn't my cup of tea. I would make it with my sewing machine and also would use a thermal layer in-between because it looks like you used paper so that you can't wash it.

Хороший пэчворк, легкодоступный к пониманию! Процесс, конечно трудоемкий, нужно очень стараться быть терпеливым в процессе! Легко стоять за агрегатом, когда штампует машина, но тут твои ручки и пальчики все должны делать сами.
