I always love your flosstubes, but really enjoyed your display ideas. Your decorating and stitching choices are so inspiring to me. I always prefer digging through old and crusty, rather than formal antique shops too!
I’m always glad to see the notification that you’ve posted a new floss tube, it makes my day! Your finishes are so good especially Fancy Blackett, love her! You are getting close to finishing a couple of your WIPS so I’m definitely looking forward to seeing those completed. Thanks for the display tips you shared, so many good ideas. I’ve made the folded fabric ornaments but usually in Christmas colors. They are perfect for everyday decor done in more prim colors. Take care! 🌻
Wow! A feast for the eyes. I love your Halloween pillow finish! I love everything you do. Ideas galore. Thanks Kristy for sharing your talents. You inspire me for sure!
So much goodness and beautiful stitching my friend! Love the deco ideas but that Mary Argent!!! Wow! Nice work and such eye candy not to mention inspiration. Thank you for the time to make the video❤!!!!!
Hello from NC Kristy! Your stitching finishes are gorgeous..thank you for sharing your primitive tricks of the trade to get such a beautiful look. Love your choice of patterns and how you pick such beautiful floss colors. You are so talented, always fun, thank you for sharing!
Thanks for sharing your display ideas. I love baskets, wood boxes and wooden bowls in my displays. I’ve always known those round boxes as antique cheese boxes.
Another “long” one! Yay! It was especially fun to see your ideas for putting together a vignette. I’ve used the crumbled paper bags, but I’m now going to look at my old books in a new way. And I’m your biggest Little Birds cheerleader. Keep going! It is stunning! 😍 Happy Stitching!
Good to see and hear from you friend. All your stitching is amazing and I loved the extra segment on arranging your pillow tucks. Happy stitching!!🐦⬛Diana
Thanks for sharing...always fun watching you and see what your up to....great ideas and I like Old and Crustie....the Basket was well Loved and used....please take care and be safe😊
Love your decorating suggestions using baskets and totes! I will be giving one of mine a makeover!! Goodbye old silk flowers, hello Cross stitch pieces! Thank you for all you shared! Also love the stuffed pennies! Those would look neat in some big blown glass hurricane candle holders that I have! (filler sits under platform of candle so they wont burn..) Gosh you got my brain percolating! So want to stitch those pinkern punkin houses..Maybe a goal for the New Year! Thanks again!
Such beautiful projects, every single one!! Also love the dolls! You certainly know how to display, perfectly, all through your home!! Have a wonderful fall!!!!
Thanks Doreen, they are gorgeous and just as fun to stitch as smaller pieces. I'm running out of wall space for the large ones though. I'm looking forward to seeing your new home and how you settle in and make it your own. So exciting!
Great video. Love your idea of displaying the Pinker’n’Punkin pillows…move the season to the front. I have stitched several and what a great way to keep them out year round. Thanks for sharing.
So glad to have found your channel. What a wonderful flosstube. Thanks for sharing all that you did; I got lots of ideas about how to display my stitches. 🧵🪡🙌
I just found your flosstube by happy accident. ❤ Loved it! Enjoyed your stitching and ideas. I haven't started Little Birds yet, but I have it in my stash .
Hello and welcome, so glad you watched and left a comment. Happy to share ideas with everyone. Little Birds really is a great stitch, you will love it, enjoy!
Your video brightened my morning stitching time! Thanks for sharing your tips for displaying your pin pillows. I always pick up some hints I can use from you. Any chance we will see a fall decorating video from you? I always enjoy those so much. Happy stitching!
Kristy, Kristy, Kristy!!! 55:53 😳Wow wee! Thank you!!! This was a fantastic Flosstube. Your Halloween pillow finish was so very creative. So much eye candy. I thought the Fancy Blackett finish was adorable too. And yes, Kristy, I have done both of those primrose cottage Halloween pillows. I believe I sent you a picture of them last week, lol 😆 Great ideas for displaying our little pillows. Happy stitching PPS! 🎃🧡
Hey Sheila, I can't keep up with everyone's finishes, so much inspiration all around. Thanks for always watching and sharing your beautiful work with me.
Yeah!! It is Kristy!! I just love the little fabric dolls you have been sharing! Great cross stitch stuffers in the basket as well! Recovering from ankle surgery here, cast comes off today and then a splint, air boot etc. Tired of being in bed but catching up on lots of TH-cam! Have a great day! P.S. Still working on the Teresa Kogut Halloween Sampler. It is a beast! My 5 year old grandson loves to check my progress! 👻🎃
Hope your ankle has healed well and on the road to recovery fast. I just purchased Teresa's Halloween book, so many great things you can make from that one book. Thanks for watching and take care.
Thank you so much for sharing how you display your smalls. You have such a knack for decorating and you’ve given me some great ideas. You mentioned thinking about other ways to display Little Birds besides framing… would you ever do a segment on that, ways to display samplers beyond framing?
You are so welcome! I'm not coming up with many options myself for Little Birds and will definitely share when I settle on one and will be happy to share other ideas, few as they may be. Thanks so much for watching!
I’ve already commented Kristy but I had to make some stuffed wool Pennie’s you showed. I got 4 completely done and yes they are adorable. I had never seen that before. I have plans for more! 🐦⬛Diana
At your timestamp 43:25, you are showing 'quilted' star ornaments. There is a video on how to make them (I've yet to do so...) It is by Shabby Fabrics on TH-cam, the title: "No-Sew "Quilted" Christmas Ornament | with Jennifer Bosworth of Shabby Fabrics". There are likely other videos out there too. Thanks for the many display tips!!
Thanks Kristy! I loved your creative approach for the Halloween pillow tuck. Those little stands you mentioned were genius. I need them. Your WIPS were lovely. Do you frame with glass and without? I really enjoyed the display ideas. That was a nice ending to the video.
I have not crosstitched in years. I see some you did and try to find a pattern to order. Like Autumn 1824 your new pattern, and all I find is the PDF file for sale. I want a pattern book that I can hold!!! The first framed piece you showed was by the same artist Lori . Where can I order patterns? Thank you for your help.
Hi and thanks for your comment. Im like you and want a hard copy of a chart to work from. With PDF files, you can print them for a working copy but that is not always convenient or even an option at times. Some designers only sell PDF versions, unfortunately. I suggest you contact a designer and let them know what you are interested in, they may not be aware of how many customers would purchase hard copy charts. As for ordering patterns, 123Stitch is a great source, Etsy is another great source and several online shops as well as brick and mortar will ship. Hope that helps to some degree. Don't give up hope, there are so many great designers that create wonderful projects, many options available to us to stitch. Thanks so much for stopping by and watching.

Thanks for sharing your display ideas. I love baskets, wood boxes and wooden bowls in my displays. I’ve always known those round boxes as antique cheese boxes.
@@calicostiches1705 Thank you! Cheese boxes tend to be larger and have lids and are made differently.

Thanks so much! I will plug away stitching on Little Birds, I'm determined. Thanks for the encouragement, means a lot.

Great video~~thank you so much! If you recall, what is pattern name/designer of Halloween piece behind you in the wavy frame? So adorable!
Thanks so much! It is a design from SubRosa on Etsy, don't recall the pattern name. She has so many great ones.
Thank you-I love Subrosa!
Where did you buy the bells?
I think I found them on Etsy or maybe Amazon. Thanks for watching.
