I am! Just have to get all the basic installation in first! Middle field safety for cover 1 and cover 3 is almost the same! But have to understand the coverages first to talk about the nuances!
So when you touched on the 'Danger' call for (I hope I'm getting this right, I'm learning a ton) you said a 2 by 2 split against your cover 3, the free safety would come over to cover the TE's route and the nickel would do the same for the slot. For that 'Danger' call, do the other 3 defenders keep the same zones, or do you blitz with the SS?
They play their zones! SS doesn’t blitz! We are playing normal 3 deep! We are just carrying the verticals to protect ourselves! If they don’t run 4 verticals everything is normal cover 3!

How do you decide which olb carries his guy deep vs 4 verts. Is it because the TE is usually a slower guy and the safety picks him up? What if its 10 personnel 2 slots and 2 wideouts?
