The Flight attendant girl is Ray Dawn Chong, Tommy Chong of Cheech and Chong's daughter. Another movie you'll enjoy is Bruce Willis and Damon Wayans in the action comedy Last Boyscout.
Fun fact: The lead actress in this movie (Rae Dong Chong) went out to dinner in Maui about 20 years ago, and she ended up casting her waiter in a movie she was working on. That waiter was Chris Pratt.
Not going to lie, this seemed ridiculous to me because Chris Pratt is the same age as I am and I was thinking "20 years ago? What was he, 9?" Then I realized I'm old...
I loved this movie as a kid! When I first saw it when I was about 4 or 5, at the scene he was getting ready to storm the compound; getting dressed, loading up on all his weapons, painting his camouflage, I yelled at the TV "He's turning into a robot!"
Arnold's daugther is played by Alissa Milano. Christ Pratt plays Starlord, and his ship is called 'the Milano'. Christ Pratt maried Arnold's real daugther!
One of the best things about an Arnold film is the power of His Charisma. Even when it's a serious film or an action epic or even something a little over-the-top like this, the man knows how to use his Charisma to sell the film and it makes you more willing to go along with the ride. As you go further in his filmography, you'll see it more and more.. Other than that great reaction from you guys and your channel is becoming one of my highlights every week! Keep up the great work!
I have seen this movie so many times! I love the action. Given the one liners from Matrix I think he was working on a stand up routine on the side. I’m pretty sure Sully screams “ooh la la!” When he plummeted to his death.

It's fun to spot all the mistakes in this movie. There's a lot! For example, you see the wire attached to the guys leg at 11:59. And you can't see it here since you cut it, but when they drive away in the crashed yellow Porsche you can see that it's suddenly undamaged again.
The guy who plays Sully is David Patrick Kelly, who was the "Come out and play-ayyyyy" guy in The Warriors and the villain in Dreamscape (another awesom 80's flick)
Commando is pure 80s cheese... I absolutely love it! It doesn't take itself seriously and is a blast to watch. Movies don't get much more fun than this. Great reaction guys!
That scene when Arnie and Cindy crashed the car chasing Sully. There was no inertia or shock for Arnie, he just instantly turned to Cindy who was in shock "Are you all right ?" The timing was split second.
Weird & random trivia: * In 1985 Rae Dawn Chong plays with Arnold in Commando. * ~15 years later Rae Dawn Chong convinced a 19-year-old Chris Pratt, whom she met at a restaurant in Hawaii where he was a waiter, to star in her one and only short movie she directs, "Cursed Part 3". * This was Chris Pratts very first role and sparked his interest to try to pursue the acting business. * Another 19 years later Chris Pratt marries Arnold daughter Katherine.

@@TBRSchmitt Commando was not replaced as my fave Arnie movie until Kindergarten Cop came out; Predator came close, but ultimately sits third for me. Commando though is one I always went back to when people used to dismiss his comedic chops; Arnie never took himself seriously; always felt he knew just how lucky he was and vowed to just enjoy it, kerk
Commando is peak 80s. This is why i loved the Expendables movies. They were all a callback to these kind of movies that were just FUN. no politics, no social commentary, no complicated plot, no forced romance sub-plot.... just action.
FACT
I was 15 when this came out and had a buddy who worked at a theater that was screening it, so I saw it at least six times for free.
This is one of those guilty pleasure film. Even though no bullets hit him. I always love how he takes out the guy on the plane. I Especially like as the guy raising his arms up in the air as his necks breaks.
I love this channel! Usually when you watch other ppl reactions to things you hold dear to your heart you’re disappointed coz they just not getting it…well not here! You’re so passionate about movies and you’re noticing every little detail and care for characters that it is a real pleasure to watch. 90’s action movies were happening during my teen years so it’s awesome to see your reaction to all the cheesiness and awesomeness of those times. Keep it up guys you’re very likeable ppl, and yeah I’m waiting for Rambo 2 in the future!
This one is the most Arnold of all Arnold movies in my opinion. It's an unfiltered lake of pure mindless amazing action, with all the quips and absurdity you have to just love to watch. A+
Alyssa Milano was in a tv show called "whos the boss" damn, that showed my age.
When she said she didn't realize the age difference between Alyssa and Arnold, my first thought was "Well, there's somebody that's never seen Who's The Boss."
@@DataCab1e Wow, that is funny because I was thinking the same thing, but then again, they are a young couple, so I can't blame them, lol.
Yup. and she used to go out with corey haim
@@DataCab1e With Tony Stanza 👍 I have a terrible memory but still remember his name 😂😂😂
With Tony Danza 👍 I have a terrible memory but still remember his name 😂😂😂
the mall scene took place in del amo mall in torrance, california. used to shop there with my grandmother when i was a kid
Commando = Instant "like"
Excellent lol! My plan worked!
1985 was one of the greatest years for movies in film history. So many classics came out that year.
The Flight attendant girl is Ray Dawn Chong, Tommy Chong of Cheech and Chong's daughter. Another movie you'll enjoy is Bruce Willis and Damon Wayans in the action comedy Last Boyscout.
80's action movies are so good. Full of action, one liners, and over the top situations. It's just enjoyable.
Rae Dawn Chong
@@SuedeBoy69 Right, daughter of Tommy Chong, of "Cheech & Chong" fame.
@@johnnyskinwalker4095 He's playing James Reece. Close enough.
Chris Pratt ended up marrying Arnold's daughter lol.
I loved this movie as a kid! When I first saw it when I was about 4 or 5, at the scene he was getting ready to storm the compound; getting dressed, loading up on all his weapons, painting his camouflage, I yelled at the TV "He's turning into a robot!"
You guys gotta do last action hero, definitely one of Arnold's underappreciated classics.
If you know who TOMMY CHONG is from the duo CHEECH & CHONG, that was Tommy's daughter RAE DAWN CHONG playing Cindy the flight attendant.
Arnold's daugther is played by Alissa Milano. Christ Pratt plays Starlord, and his ship is called 'the Milano'. Christ Pratt maried Arnold's real daugther!
🤯
Brilliant, man!!!!!! 80s action films like these are pure gold, imagine a vault of unreleased films like this still not released...wow..
First Mr Video watching The Green Mile and then you two watching THIS! What a great day this was!!
Going to mr video next after this
Hahaha does sound like a winning combo!
2:34, Arnold and his big Biceps! They are as big as my head! Lol!
Hahaha huge!
Let off some steam Bennett is still the best line in a Arnie movie. Glorious
Have you seen Twins with Arnold and Danny DeVito? It’s a comedy, cute and fun
No but it is coming soon!
Yes Twins is very good Devito at his best
The greatest movie ever! Every Oscar in existence should be given to this film...pure 80's entertainment
I have seen this movie so many times! I love the action. Given the one liners from Matrix I think he was working on a stand up routine on the side. Man that car wreck into the pole is jarring every time. Ironically she would have gone airborne. Also back in the mall that drug dealer could have escaped but had to come out shooting! I’m pretty sure Sully screams “ooh la la!” When he plummeted to his death.
Hahaha yeah she should have gone flying! Just a totally fun movie!
@@TBRSchmitt So good.
I was visiting my cousin out in the middle of nowhere in the Dominican Republic in 1991 and this was the only movie my cousin had in VHS, which was the best entertainment I had for the day!
You guys are Fantastic!! 📽⭐....you React to a great variety of Movie genre....and you really bring awesome feel good vibes to your viewers....
Yall are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
That casual kill on the plane never gets old! I still laugh every time I see it! :D
8:40, in the Director's Cut, she says," Not as nice when he kicks your ass."
I met Vernon Wells, the actor who played Bennett at a comic con and he was the coolest guy. He just sat there and talked to us for several minutes because nobody was in his line. He's been my favorite celebrity that I've met at cons so far. Ernie Hudson was cool also.
David Patrick Kelly (Sully) plays great villainous creeps. Check him out in The Crow and the Walter Hill cult classic The Warriors.
He was also a bad guy in 48 Hours as Luther and was a Irish Mob boss in the Bruce Willis movie Last man standing with Christopher Walken playing David Patrick Kellys psychotic right hand man.
The actor who played Bennett also played Wez in the road warrior. He was the Mohawk motorcycle guy with the crossbow on his wrist.
I couldn’t stop smiling and laughing through your whole reaction that was so fun thanks it was almost like a Naked Gun movie so many laughs, please react to “ The Warriors “ classic
Good call, that would be an interesting movie to see them react to. I have not seen a TH-cam reactor do it yet.
Awesome!! So glad you enjoyed it!
@@namelessjedi2242 yes and Sully actor is in the Warriors also kind of the 80s gang of actors in Arnold movies good memories
@@namelessjedi2242 ............Come out and playyayyayay
I told ya... Paxton in every movie in the 80s and 90s! And Arnold, Stallone, Van Damme, Gibson....
This one is a bit more over the top for an Arnold movie.
Definitely on the extreme side but I love it for that!
The puns and one liners in this movie are the gold standard!
“Let off some steam, Bennet.”
Classic!
Fun fact, the actor who played Bennet, was in Mad Max 2 and would go on to be the main villain in a series of Power Rangers.
@@weldonwin “YOU CAN RUN!
BUT YOU CANT HIDE!”
It's fun to spot all the mistakes in this movie. There's a lot! For example, you see the wire attached to the guys leg at 11:59. And you can't see it here since you cut it, but when they drive away in the crashed yellow Porsche you can see that it's suddenly undamaged again.
Commodo is an awesome movie. Hope you guys have an great and awesome day. Much ❤ as always 😊
It definitely is! Thank you and same to you!
The guy who plays Sully is David Patrick Kelly, who was the "Come out and play-ayyyyy" guy in The Warriors and the villain in Dreamscape (another awesom 80's flick)
Awesome!! My favourite Arnold movie. Been waiting for both of your reactions to this. 🙂
Awesome! Thank you for the support! This movie was amazing!
Commando is pure 80s cheese... I absolutely love it! It doesn't take itself seriously and is a blast to watch. Movies don't get much more fun than this. Great reaction guys!
Young Alyssa Milano , True Lies is the best ! Thanks
"Leave anything for us?" - Kirby to Matrix
"Just bodies" - Matrix to Kirby 😆
That scene when Arnie and Cindy crashed the car chasing Sully. There was no inertia or shock for Arnie, he just instantly turned to Cindy who was in shock "Are you all right ?" The timing was split second.
Weird & random trivia:
* In 1985 Rae Dawn Chong plays with Arnold in Commando.
