Howdy Ivan! 👋 You are such an encouragement for me to keep growing those leafy greens I enjoy so much. I don't have a lot of success with spinach; however, this post has given me the boost to try, try again.😃 I really love spinach and had decided to just grow chard as my spinach substitute. Chard I can grow.😃 Well, here's looking at lovely leafs of spinach throughout the big salads I enjoy eating several times a wee...this fall.!😃
We are getting a scattering of days through this week below 100 degrees. Still no rain! However, still having loads of fun in the garden!😄
Wishing you and Ginny a great week!💕

Thanks for the update Ivan, my little gem lettuces, are a bit smaller than your lettuce will give them a few days, before transplanting. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Ivan, just started watching your videos. I am a beginner vegetable gardener and I will be growing simple salad crops in containers. So any more beginner level guides for people like me will be appreciated.

Your videos are so inspiring. It is my first time to grow Little Gem lettuce and my first try with spinach was so-so 2 years ago. I definitely will try again now that I know how to.
