just split them along the back with a sharp knife, about half way through. when cooked they will open out, absorb a lot of flavour due to the increased surface area and get a nice "meaty" texture. Be careful not to overcook or they will become rubbery.
Great thanks, i love these videos from the restaurants.. Could we get a chicken pathia at some point? its the one I cant quite nail (nor can a lot of restaurants it seems around my way too)
Hi Russel. I've done the full spectrum of restaurant curry videos already, which are detailed fully in my books. th-cam.com/play/PLqoeAKonq-KdqgmBPks1h1yJkVXPZEefg.html and www.mistyricardo.com
Looks lovely, really enjoying seeing the restaurant videos. Gives us such an insight to the ongoings in the kitchen. Especially love to see more balti pan cooking and karahi pan dishes. Nonetheless keep up the fabulous content. Love the three books.
Honestly, this looks SENSATIONAL.
Tried this and it was absolutely delicious!

Thanks Mark. I was filming a chicken tikka balti earlier today at a new restaurant. It won't be out for a few weeks though. Next Monday is a pathia.
@@MistyRicardo brilliant mate, shall look forward to seeing those.
Itching for some lemon juice! Looks great
I like it with extra lemon too. The sauces added give a great tanginess though.
Wow that looks fantastic!
Hi Richard - looks amazing! Do you have any recommendations for a quality pan for home cooking?
Hi Mark and thank you. That question has many answers - but for this style of curry cooking an aluminium frying pan 26cm is excellent. Not non-stick.
Amazing 😍 thanks for your content 👊
Looks a great curry
Looks amazing can’t wait to try it 😋
Looks delectable!
Is that Thai Sweet Chilli sauce and Siracha added chef?
Yes. Garlic & Chilli Sriracha.
Will definitely be making this one 👍

Could you please add a couple of ‘base free’ dishes? Thanks 👍🏼
