You really came out of no where and revived your channel. Ive been subscribed from years back. Great Work. Shatkora flavour is unique and also very loved by Bangladeshi people. Definitely something the British public should give a try, it really grows on you better to start of with a little amount added to a dish to get used to it.
Great video Richard, it would have been unthinkable to get footage like this years ago, everything was such a secret, well done mate, your certainly going from strength to strength, and thank you to the chief as well, looks fantastic!
I've just finished my curry off from the other day. I went to somewhere on the Rainford bypass called holdi indian restaurant and its a lovely place. I tried nimbo for the first time and I absolutely loved it. Will be deffo getting it again.Maybe try this one when I'm next in Warrington.
Hi Richard, Cooked this over the weekend. It tasted stunning! What a flavour. Totally unique and new to me. I followed your recipe and used your Chicken Tikka.Excellent! Regards. Kevin
Been a very long time since I commented I’ve always loved curry And I can honestly say you were a pioneer of b.I.r home cooking Inspired me greatly Anyway nice to see a restaurant opening instead of been forced to close❤️✌️
Interesting to see this made verey few ingreedients , I had a sakora from my got to take way and to be honest i was'nt a fan i think i bulit my self up in expectation.
That seems to happen a lot, I've seen it in other BIR channels where they boil it first ' to get rid of the smell' I've never done that and just pre cook it as normal!
@@PeteMel1875 i dont mind mutton at all ... jus dont understand why they would call it lamb when its not and charge lamb prices, to be fair he looked a bit shifty when he was saying it ...
i love the way chefs like Mr Ali are Masters of their cuisine ! Pure Excellence! Must have a trip the The Kingsway Lounge

I didn't know you could buy shatkora as a pickle. I'll definitely have to make it my mission to get hold of some.
That was very interesting, what was that comment about extra mustard seeds didn’t see it in the video.
The chef toasts black mustard seeds and adds them to the pickle.
@@MistyRicardo Nice little secret

Hi Nathan. Good to hear from you.
Yes yes just thought I’d say like the new content from a old subscriber ✌️❤️
I remember the name from way back. Glad you like the videos, thanks.
Mmmmmmmm looks amazing 🤩
can you do chicken tikka pardesi? it's available in scottish indian takeaways
You could use lime pickle, just add a touch more sugar or even mango chutney
that Chef knew what he was doing .Taste the curry not just the Lamb
Wish I knew what was in these chefs secret sauces!
Something different, wonder what's in the special sauce? 🤔
Msg maybe? Looks good I would eat it
tasty
we can't make this without what's in the spice mix and sauce
Have a read of the video description - there are links to recipes there.
I love watching the pro chefs, they make it look so easy.
is it OK to used spices that were bought 5 years ago but still tied in there bags
I doubt it.
Try it and find out
Bin em if they are powdered.
Of course you can but flavour and colour will be lacking.
for the price of them I will replace for optimal flavour, now to find a chicken tikka recipe 😋

Strange why he wants to hide the taste of the lamb?? Very odd.... i think hes using mutton and dressing it as lamb .......
