Muneeze the caramel crunch became soggy (kinda liquidy) and dint hold its crunchy texture after i refrigerated the cake overnight. What should be done to avoid it?

Can you give a rough idea of how much icing sugar and coffee should be added in whipping cream?
I would say 5-6 tbsp of icing sugar and 1 tsp coffee dissolved in a little water if you prefer a mild taste

Were you making it on a rainy day? Also if you’re not serving it the same day just add the crunch in the layers not on top
No it wasnt rainy. Secondly the crunch in btw the layers get soggy after overnight refrigeration. On the top, i added right before serving
