Lake Erie Perch (Deep Water) (PA Limit)

I finally made it back out on the boat and went to capitalize on this school of yellow perch! The long trip to the deep shelf these fish were sitting on didn’t disappoint. I caught my limit (30) in about an hour and a half using the Garmin Livescope to stay on top of these fish.
My baits used in this video were a “Sabiki” rig tipped with golden shiners as well as French Creek Fishing Company plastics the “Pin Worm” to be specific. These plastics were used on VMC “spin shot” hooks with a tungsten pencil weight.

@@CM-L5P814 Everyokes got their own way! These jumbo perch arnt close to our shores in the summer. During the fall they will starting coming shallow when the water temp cools down and the bait comes in.

I cut those rigs in half 3 hooks r still enough
