I have never heard her say that. Many people sell similar products, that is nothing new unless you have never been outside. That is not how business works. Is Nintendo the only gaming console, nope. It's about who you prefer to shop through. Corporate or small business. Do you like her designed better than another seller. Do you want to support a family or corp greed. It's not that hard to understand really.
What is hard to understand is why a grown adult would try to knock a business owner down or bad mouth a business they have not purchased from. That in my eyes is pretty pathetic and sad.
I really hope you find kindness somewhere in your life or you find the ability to just keep your mouth shut if you have nothing positive to add.

So next time you want to correct someone maybe you should think about what you are saying before you send the message. The problem with her keychains is you should really have your weapons/safety items in a few different places. If you drop your keychain or your attacker grabs it, you’re out of luck. Have something on your keychain, sure, but not everything! Have things you can save yourself with in your purse, jacket, pocket, car, anywhere else you can think of. I’d also recommend to carry a good small pocket knife.
You can take them out of the keychain....
I keep pepper spray in one pocket and a tazer in the other. Just in case I can't get to one pocket, I can always get to the other one and I'm not screwed

The basic concept of owning a small business is to buy cheaper and sell higher. Otherwise you wouldn’t make any money 💰. I buy wooden disks from the dollar store and I paint them (turn them into ornaments) and sell them for $10-15. But that’s how this works.
What you don’t seem understand is that she is upselling a product more than 100 times it’s worth.

There’s also other things to take into consideration besides material costs. For example: the fabric I got to make scrunchies was super cheap BUT I make each scrunchie completely by hand (no sewing machine). It takes more time, effort and care for me to make them. I understand that people can be greedy and take it too far but I know that folks will buy whatever they want. Sometimes they pay for convenience. My MIL paid $35 for a handmade utensil holder but she could have easily made the same thing for less than $5. Since she doesn’t have the time to just create whatever she wants she pays someone else to do it.

People are getting mad about the existence of this as a product. Sure, if someone really wanted to they could find all her suppliers and replicate the keychain for themselves. Ultimately, she is selling the convenience of buying it ready made. If you feel the value of your time doesn't justify paying $20+ dollars for that convenience that's fine. Others might decide it's worth it for them and buy it. There is no need to tell her her business is not good or she is over priced. She can assess the numbers for herself and decide if she wants to continue her business while you buy your stuff elsewhere. Stop being mean on the internet.

Ighhh! I never find yarn at our Dollar Trees. Ours is mostly grocery items. So frustrating. When my children were younger, I was able to buy several Birthday or Christmas gifts there. Not anymore.
