APJ Kbdul Kalam (former Indian president also known as "the rocket man") can arguably be credited with a shift of attitude and Inda's increased interest with building a robust space program. There is a fantastic interview with him in english during a knowledge at Wharton event where he provides great insight and some of the thought process that has developed into the culture of the Indian space program today. I highly reccomend anyone to check it out that is interested to learn more.

First of all, THANK YOU for educating me on the history of the Indian Space Program. Despite the misleading title. However, it is so increasingly frustrating when people are quick to put companies that have not even achieved successful orbit on par with Rocket Lab. First it was Astra, now the comparisons are trying to be drawn to Firefly with no successful missions. Rocket Lab is head and shoulders above any competition other than SpaceX. And by TH-camrs continuing to force these comparisons, it distracts people from recognizing what a great company and investment Rocket Lab is, through PROVEN and CONSISTENT success, not just through launch but through solar arrays, space systems and software as well. But again, thanks for the history lesson.

I'm sure Rocket Lab is intensely competent at building rockets and I'm sure they have a lot of knowledge, talent and know-how....but their stock has been steadily dropping this entire year. They fell from about $16 to $3.75 and have only recovered to about $6.6. I bring this up because I've been getting into trading and I'm curious if you think we will see the company recover their loses. Thanks for educating us about Rocket Lab!

@@michaeldavison9808 well if you see the incremental increase it in the capacity development of ISRO rockets you will see a upward trend, i accept leadership is still far-fetched but, the advancements now is going to exponential from here on, because the Indian economy is rising and the private space agencies in India can do the launching and it'll give ISRO space to research into more advanced techs.
