Thank you for the Poland series. I worked in Poland for two years "93-94. Just after the Iron Curtain was lifted. I spent much of the time with your videos watching the back ground observing the products readily available to consumers and the variety of foods in the restaurants. Much different than my experience. Had many meals that featured a meat(?) , three kinds of potatoes and shredded raw carrots for salad. My work was in Rzeszow which is SE Poland, not far from Ukraine border. Corp. office was in Warsaw. Visited Krakow and the mountains on the southern border both summer and ski season. Back then, Poland was working very hard to shake off the shadow of the Russians. Inflation was over 40% per year with all the challenges accompanying that. Wonderful people, wonderful experience and memories. Again, Thank you so much from WNC-USA.
@@Babewheresmypassport Hi Jim. Poland has been developing so fast that it seems to be a different country from what it was back in the 1990s. It is certainly worth visiting again to see what can be achieved through good economic management.

As a Polish fella who lived in Ireland for the last 11 years I can only say THANK YOU GUYS for the whole series. You will be always very welcomed in here ✌️👏👏🤛
Thank you for the very nice films about Poland and the fact that I was able to visit it with you. You have been where tourists come, but most Europeans do not even have the faintest idea of what Poland has to offer. If you really want to see Poland, you have to visit smaller towns, not only the bigger ones, and see nature that is unique in Europe. There is nowhere such a varied fauna and flora, and this is due to the division of the land into small farms and the lack of the possibility for the communists to take the land from peasants. This has led to great variety in nature. This does not exist in the west or east of Europe. Poles are very attached to their rides and to the ground and are authentic - that is, they do not smile in order to smile, it may be surprising, because being in the USA everyone is surprised that Poles do not smile as if they did something to them. Poles smile when there is something to smile :) And if you need help, you have to ask for help, then practically everyone will help you. Happy New Year to you and everyone reading this post! :)
Greeting from Puerto Rico where we miss you already, and thank you so much for the wonderful Poland Video series, they are awesome!! Poland, a beautiful country with so much history that is on my bucket list. I wanted to say that I enjoy very much your videos, you two are a wonderful, funny and beautiful couple. The city of Gnomes and the grumpy gas-lighter man , beautiful city. 12hrs from Poland to Holland , hmmmm I drove twelve hours and I was still in Queensland 👍👍👍
I have really enjoyed your Poland trip videos. The rain made them even cooler. I have never been to Europe. I live in Missouri. There is a mushroom that grows here that is delicious, the Morel Mushroom. The gnomes are awesome, and the gas street lights are something out of a film nori.
Now you know where to go when paranoia with coronavirus ends. It is cheaper than in the USA. Poland has good food, many castles, it is close to everywhere (public transport works).

I’m watching TH-cam since many years and I’ve never watched the entire series of any travel vlogs. I really enjoyed and it brought me a lot of motivation to have in the future some period of time in life just for traveling with the person I love. The way you’re telling the story trough video and share your experience is really cool, fun and damn, even beautiful! You can be really proud of yourself guys!
The good thing about Poland is that you can stay in nice hotels, eat in restaurants 2 times a day, travel around the country seeing the tourist attractions and not worry you’ll be skint at the end of it. People just don’t realise how expensive Western Europe has become. A cup of coffee in Rome could set you back €10 just before the pandemic. What you are doing in Poland will cost you 500% more in countries like France or Germany.
I guess you enjoyed your trip in Poland. The more you go there, the more you love it; indeed, you get a virus, but a healthy one ! Poland is not (independently of this strange period) overcrowdy like other classical destinations (Spain, Italy, Greece....) and still in a large way not yet know. Land of great culture, full of wonderful places...Actually my favourite city is Warsaw, from the last 3 decades, the most dynamic City in Europe
