The word "castle" in legal documents refers to the "Castle Doctrine" i.e. "You home is your castle".
Ohio Minnesota and Washington have special license plates for people who have been convicted of driving while intoxicated... The slang is " whiskey plates " They are different colors than standard license plate and/or contain markings that indicate the cars owner has been convicted of a DUI.
Some states the plates are the same color plate.. but a series of numbers and letters let the police know.
In Ohio we call them party plates lol, theyre all a weird yellow with red letters/numbers.
The mayor's wife, Christy Kabat, had been arrested for disorderly conduct prior to this arrest. She beat cars at a BLM rally and someone pepper sprayed her over it. She's should be running for the office of the most annoying human, which she seems to be even when sober.

Every time I'd been arrested I never fought or argued with the police cause I knew I was in the wrong. I actually shook the hand of the officer that arrested me last and thanked him. He bettered my life and kept me out of prison.

I think its fair to say a large portion of cops arent the greatest people the planet has to offer but its important to commend the ones that follow more respectable means of approaching situations. First guy pulled the tazer when he had the chance so no one had to die, yk? Obviously theres 500 different ways it coulda gone prior but to take the first avenue to de-escalation/non lethal means was nice to see. And we get to see a dipshit karen get tazed so hey win win xD

I think a lot of people are confused. A Karen is used for entitled piece of shits that think the world revolve around them. You see them most oftenly but not exclusively in restaurants and other service establishments.
A Karen can have some loose screws but not often. Also, someone with loose screws does not automatically makes them a Karen.

I don't get why people think the whole "I have friends/family/aquaintances who are X/Y/Z/" some how makes what they've done acceptable or justifiable. If such an excuse works, then it would work for every case. However if you say something like, "I have friends who are necrophiliacs" that doesn't really clear you or your friends, now does it? As a man, I hear what you are saying, and you are right that the sentences should be the same for the same crime. But remember that women make much less money for equal work than us. They also have legal restrictions put upon their bodies that we don't have on ours. There are big differences, and we need to come together as a society and work together to fix the problems.

You are wrong. They do need that many cops, I have seen small women take 3 to 4 cops who have a difficult time containing them. Drunks and druggies do not feel pain as much and require more hands, all the while making sure not to hurt them and get sued. President Trump wouldn’t want that woman’s support.

Castle doctrine is a concept in English common law that has morphed into stupid Stand Your Ground laws, etc. in the States.

Third, one thing I do believe is that human life is more valuable than material possessions; therefore, killing someone who stole something but is not posing a direct threat to a human life is impermissible. Finally, I do not believe a person has the right to kill another for ringing a doorbell, pulling into or turning around in a driveway, etc. Use your words, not physical violence. If someone rings your doorbell, do not shoot them through the door. If someone pulls into your driveway, do not shoot them in their car. Those scenarios do not call for lethal force to be used. The use of force in those situations is unreasonable. However, these types of things frequently happen in the United States because people are trigger happy and value their property/possessions/money over human life. The love of money is the root of all evil. You cannot serve both God and money. We are all made in our Creator's image and possess within us the divine spark of life. Please don't discard a human life for a possession that can be replaced. That was my point. I am open to discussing this further civilly if you have any questions or something you want to bring to the table. Peace.

The criminal had a knife, and was threatening people walking by. She's lucky that cop used his taser.
Because she had a knife, a lethal weapon if you know how to throw it, or if a customer comes within stabbing range. He planned to switch to taser as soon as backup arrived.
He reassessed the threat level and decided the taser was best. It all depends on how aggressive the suspect is. If she was aggressively going after anyone he would have likely needed the gun.
You wouldn't be saying that if one of those "criminals" stopped you from getting stabbed.
