  • My dear viewers, I have prepared for you a super soft and delicious pastry. Enjoy!
    Ingredients List:
    4.5 cups of flour
    1 teacup of sunflower oil
    1 teacup of milk
    Half a teacup of water
    100 g butter
    1 tablespoon of yogurt
    2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
    1 coffee spoon salt
    1 egg
    I used 30 gr of 1 pack of fresh yeast
    Black Cumin and Sesame
    Preparation:
    We take the flour into the mixing bowl and add salt. We open a pool in the middle, add the yogurt, oil, sugar, milk and eggs. We add yeast more than a package and put it in the pool and add butter. We add a little bit of water. We start to knead. After kneading, we sprinkle flour on the counter and knead for another minute or two. We leaven for about 1 hour. We divide the dough into balls and shape them. We take it to the baking tray that we have laid on baking paper. We press on the dough. Cover it and leave it to ferment again. Mix the egg with a little milk and oil and spread it on the dough. Sprinkle the black cumin and sesame mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. We cooked for 15 minutes. It may vary from oven to oven. Bon Appetit.
