doesn't matter how old i get or how often i watch the finale i ALWAYS cry at the ending especially when leo and piper are walking up the stairs and we see all the photos!!!! best ending ever....
I agree - I've watched charmed since I was in High School and have continued to watch the episodes on Netflix. I hate it ended but glad it ended tastefully.

This show was a masterpiece, I learned a lot and im very happy that it will be always a part of my life... charmed was not only about demons and magic, and save the day... it was also about love.. sacrifices... best show ever :<
this show has been a HUGE influence on my life, for the past 3-4 years. i found the show back when i was growing up, didn't really get into it but i found it 14 years later. and when i first found it i was in a real bad place, and just watching the show brought the biggest joy of my life. the magic this show has has lifted my spirits in a HUGE way, if i could meet Holly Marie Combs and Shannen Doherty someday i will tell them ALL this, and how big of an impact Charmed has been on my life, it has brought me out of the darkest holes in my life. and all Thanks to Charmed it has a special place in my heart forever i am forever Charmed :)

You know it was Julian who chose his own ending for his character, plus… cole had already ended his arc in s4.. the rest was too forced…
You can compare both, but… you know Burffy is just an old version of twilight and too much for teenagers…pretty much teen drama and set-up…
Charmed on the other hand, sets up for women rights, women beauty, and women empowerment (for 8 years straight).
Nothing else to declare.
When i saw the ending of Charmed with that Theme and all those poctures and Piper and Leo going upstairs i was crying like if a member of my family would be gone

Today I finished watching the whole series for the second time and it still gives me goosebumps just takes my breath away and makes me laugh and cry. This show will always be something special to me growing up
Day DreamerKP anyone who grew up watching this will always remember the ending. it was nostalgic....it showed how one chapter ended just for another to begin with the children.
I am one of those who lived with the Halliwell sisters from 1998 to 2006. And every time I see the last episode of this series, this passage always affects me so much. This music is really superb.

My grandpa passed away back in February, and for some reason, this song makes me think of him and my grandma who passed in 2002. I guess it makes me think of them finally being reunited after all these years.
So, I cannot listen to this without crying. Ah well. At least they are together again, yeah?

This song always make me cry because someone made a custom ending of the series when Prue closes the door and they didn't even include Prue in the ending like she never existed. THAT BROKE MY HEART
Actually the main producer Brad Kern stated that he didn't even ask Shannen to be in the finale because he didn't want to pay her. Thats also the reason her picture wasn't included on the wall.
Srdjan Savic Well that's because she didn't want anything to do with the show after she left.
Caron Jones Brad has stated on numerous occassions that he didnt want to pay Shannon to include her likeness because then he wouldnt have been able to afford many of the other actors that were in the finale.
But it's not like she would of said yes she said it herself.
We are talking here about multi millionaire production if they wanted they could do it. Each episode costed approx. 1 million USD

for years on end have have sang this melody non stop whenever i feel sad. Few months ago i discovered Charmed. I was absolutely hoocked it had everything i loved since i was a child, an old attic, a book of spells, sisters and a house that seemed a lot like home to me. fast foward a few weeks and the characters start being odly familiar. Turns out i used to binge whatch charmed at like 3 to 4 years old. I didn´t remmember it but it turns out that all the mystery, attic and magic fashination, and even dreams with demons that i have always had where all thanks to the show, who knew, even this song that i´ve been singing since i can remmember.

I love this piece, it would be better without the suddenly evil part (where Paige is fighting a Darklighter) but still... This is a stunning piece of music, especially the very end.

This music will always transport me to my youth. I will always remember sitting with my BOS (which I still have today) watching the last episode. Truly etched into my heart and mind. We all shed a tear or two the day the last episode aired. Thank you Halliwell Sisters, for it all ❤
Not to take away from all of the other songs in the series, this one at the end of it had the, the sense of remembrance --Like fresh baked cookies with vanilla in the air....I like it!
I have watched this last episode a hundred times and no matter what I cry. I miss this show so much. This new one can not and will never live up to the old one.
while Piper and Leo go upstairs, in the last scene with all the pictures, is like i see pictures of me in various ages on the wall, among grams, mom, the sisters and all the others......

I watched Charmed from 1998 to 2006, never missed an episode. I thought it ended perfectly. Every time I hear this music, it always reminds me of older Piper and Leo walking up the steps at Halliwell Manor, and it shows all of the pictures of them through the years, along with pics of Wyatt and Chris. I was 25 when Charmed premiered, and 33 when it ended. I cried like a baby during the series finale. And no matter how many time I watch it, I still cry like a baby!

I agree but I do feel bad for Billy when she has the bank with her own sister that stinks. After taking all that time to try to find her. And she finds out that her sister is a demon. And the sad part is that Billy Hass to vanquish her own sister. When I saw that episode I felt like I just wanted to give Billy a big hug I felt so bad and I saw the look on pages. Phoebe’s and piper’s face you can’t help but feel bad.
