Lel don't compare lap with phone...in phones will have decrease performance when throttling, they are arm based processor and no cooler for that, but laptop give performance when heat, they have also cooling fans but heating is general but we keep under 70°c thats good to processor and the main thing is heat is not a prob but that phone and lap not same heat temperature but phones overheat everytime it have a software prob or a manafacture defect
