Now that is a burger! No lettuce or tomato needed; just pure decadence from the egg, the saltiness from the bacon, the crunch from the hash brown patty, and just straight ketchup. No need for extra add ons! You did a killer job on this one Greg. I want to see breakfast burgers become as big as breakfast burritos one day!

Love your videos and I'm learning a lot. Guess I'm really late to weigh in on this. I make something very similar to this, but I use well crispy toasted English Muffins slathered in butter, dill pickles instead of onions, and ketchup and mayo to top it off. I keep my egg with a runny yolk but make it hard for guests.

That shot when you cut it could turn even a normal person into a drooling idiot, so you can imagine what it did to me! LOL
I'd never heard of BurgerFi until a few days ago, when some friends in North Carolina visited one there and did a video. Looks like they'll build just about any burger you can think of, but this is the penultimate. What a combination!! Another winner, Greg!

Sup Greg, this is an awesome burger, make every Saturday, and when have ingredients there, I started making a ketchup, mayo and maple syrup sauce a while back, wife and I like a poached egg but no big deal since we eat last lol. So same ingredients just with mayo, it's a hearty breakfast so wife serves some yogurt and fruit with it. Dinner with some cheesy spaghetti squash 👍, it's a hit, tyvm tc 🍔
