I have an amazing story on Sol Sanctum... I was 11 years old when I played the game... didn't know english back then and the game was in English. Thing is, no jokes, I spent circa of 1 year stucked... because I didn't understand the description of the eye jewell, I didn't know why when talking to the bull's statue it opened the menu. I spent one year stucked in that part, with only 10 fixed fights. I even remember playing like 20 times the prologue because I thought that was all the game was about HAHA. And Oh boy, I still remember the day (I'm currently 28), when I by accident I hit "Use" option on the Eye Jewell.. and hearing that 'beep' sound... It was incredible.
The secrets this unlocked in my mind. I was able to translate my dreams into a book from the imagination brought from this song. Incredible, thank you for this
Great remaster! I have listened to this song a few thousand times (iTunes keeps track of playcounts), so it did take me a while to get used to the change at 0:51 to 1:08. I personally think how it sounded un-remastered during that part sounded better....but I couldn't justify having two very similar versions of this song share play counts, so I ended up keep this one. Still great :)
I understand that it doesn't sound the same, and I also know the reason. Unfortunately, it was impossible for me to get the original sound. I'm glad you like it though!
