This performance is from one of EXO's Tokyo Dome concerts. The Tokyo Dome is one of the largest concert venues in Japan and there is an unwritten rule that in order to be allowed to hold a concert there, you have to be able to fill the place to capacity, so there are probably close to 55,000 fans in that audience.
SM Entertainment artists and groups such as EXO, TVXQ, SHINee, Super Junior, BoA, etc. are so popular in Japan that the concert promoters actually ask SM when they want to hold their next concert there because they know they will have no problem selling out in a matter of seconds -- EXO literally holds the record for the fastest sold-out concert at 0.2 seconds -- and they will most likely have to hold multiple day concerts to accommodate the number of fans who want to attend.
Kai, Lay and Sehun are the main dancers of EXO -- as well as some of the best dancers in the industry -- and they also happen to be the members that often have the fewest lines in a lot of EXO's songs, so in concert you will often see them performing solo dances. If Lay wasn't playing the guitar during this acoustic session, he probably would have been up there dancing with Kai and Sehun. (If you notice, the main dancers are the only ones with black pants on. The other members all have white pants. If you continue to watch this concert you will see in the next set of songs why the main dancers are dressed differently. ;D)
The reason why Suho stopped Baekhyun from getting up to dance was because Baekhyun was just joking that "obviously I'm a main dancer" so I need to dance with Kai. And as the leader of EXO, it's Suho's job to keep the members in line, so he was stopping him. 😉 LOL. Once you get to know the members better, you will soon discover that Baekhyun is the jokester of the group and he is always trying to be funny or pull pranks, etc.

About the Numbers on the members shirts, they do have meanings:
Suho is 01 because he’s the Leader
Lay is 10 because he was born in October (10th month of the year)
Baekhyun is 04 because he decided to be a singer in 4th grade
Chen is 21 because he was born on September 21st
D.O is 12 because he was born on January 12th
Sehun is 94 because he was born in 1994
These are less straight forward:
Chanyeol is 61 because as a kid he was nicknamed Park Chanho (famous Korean Baseball player whose jersey number was 61)
Kai is 88 because H is the 8th letter of the alphabet and HH stands for Hip-hop
Also 88 in Morse Code means "love and kisses" or "hugs and kisses"
This one has one of two explanations depending on who you ask:
Xiumin is 99 because 88+11. 88 in Morse Code means "love and kisses" or "hugs and kisses" and he first appeared in the 11th pre-debut teaser (there were a series of teaser released before Exo debuted to give fans a glimpse of the members of SM ent. new boy group).
So 88+11=99.
Another explanation is that he’s the older and 99 is the largest member before 100.
More people agree with the 1st explanation though.

This isn't a shade nor meant to be taken offensively but it's just so hilarious that Chanyeol is the member u guys kept getting wrong every time🤣🤣 a few tips to recognize him, he's the tallest member & his figure usually looks bigger than the others. Also he has BIG elf ears & altho he's not the only musical instrument player in the group, u can rest assured most of the time if u see anyone playing anything, it's him. He plays the most instruments out of them, from guitar, electric guitar, piano & drum!
