Great video well explained by this lovely woman
Glad it was helpful!
Hi, I have the same red coloured artisan blender but recently whenever i am done making my smoothie or shake. When i pick my jar there is fluid at the bottom. Somehow the fluid is leaking. I already tried changing the gasket. The thing is when the jar is removed from the bottom part the plastic is open and lowered and i believe when we put the jar and lock it on the bottom part properly the black moveable plastic should go up and be fixed. But mine is still lose and i am able to pull it down or push it up even when the jar is locked into the bottom. Do you think my plastic part at the bottom is broken and is the reason for leak ? What can i do ??
How do I remove the blades from the collar?
These blades are not meant to be removed. The collar and blade is a complete unit. The nuts that secure the blade in place can be tightened if they become loose.
The blade is loose on mine. How can I fix it?
Don't remove the gasket. Maybe remove it just to see how far it's supposed to go, but don't run it with the gasket removed.
Hi Mitch, I am sorry of the video was unclear. You are correct, never run the blender without the gasket. We removed the gasket to help people understand how far the jar should twist. We were getting lots of people that bought new collars that were struggling to put them on. Often the gasket was stiff and the old collar was worn so having to twist it harder the first time felt wrong. This video was created to help people in this situation to understand how far to go.
🙏🏻Hello mam .Go morning.i have kitchen aid juicer .model diamond. While juicing.the jar got stuck in the coupler.but the Hari’s not coming out.motor is working.please help
It is probably not going to be easy to separate the jar from the base. Usually this happens when the coupler gets too hot and the couplers melt and fuse together. If the blades spin freely you might be able to knock then clockwise with enough of a jolt to spin the coupler out but it is very unlikely you will be able to get a good angle or enough speed. When we have encountered this in the past we have had to use a saw to cut the jug away until we could cut through the blade. It was not easy and the jug and coupler needed to be replaced.
Great!
Jar is not coming out.
thanx :)
