thank you, this is so important! I watched a livestream with a psychiatrist and he kept trying to promote dopamine as a cure (looking for activities that produce it) and it just felt so annoying and wrong to me.
I think we probably manifest what we’re actually suppressing underneath, not the rainbows and unicorns that were covering all the stuff we’re burying underneath with. Because our thoughts and emotions affect how and what we manifest, sometimes I’m afraid that feeling the negative emotions and doing shadow work will manifest things I don’t want. I find it can be very challenging to get over this fear. Would you mind doing a video about this, or sharing some suggestions with me? I appreciate you Devi! ❤❤❤❤
The opposite is true: the fear already exists in you. In order to be felt it would actually manifest an experience. Feeling it through our imagination avoids the need for it to manifest because we feel it without needing an experience to trigger it. Suppressing it causes it still to exist and needing an experience for it to come out, thus manifest our fear. Thus feeling our fears avoids the need for life to throw experiences at us that trigger that fear 🤍. Ill make a video on this!
I watched many of your videos and came to this decision. When we think about the things we want to do or achieve, our subconscious somehow directs us to that life. We think that these things happened because of the law of attraction. You have mentioned the scientific nature of the law of attraction in many of your videos, but I could not understand it. When I find out that the law of attraction is scientific, it seems like a lot will change for me, but I can't believe it right now. If you think the law of attraction is scientific and if there are scientific articles about it, please share them with us. Thank you for your videos and high motivation.
What your explaining here is the law of attraction. When we think about things that we want, we learn how that feels, then our subconscious remembers that feelings and indeed follows it through initiating action towards it. This is exactly it. Science is just a way of looking at things, a way to measure, based on finding *physical* proof. Manifestation is both physical and metaphysical: our mind and thoughts and feelings prior to taking action are metaphysical (the thought frequency or reality we create in the mind), the action that we take (as our subconscious direct us towards) are in the physical. How can we purely physically proof something that is both physical and metaphysical? We cannot (for now): just like we have never been able to measure our consciousness outside of the brain when we KNOW it exists beyond it (even in death the brain becomes 20% lighter as the consciousness leaves the body; where does it go? Beyond this physical 3D realm). Science, for now, is about measurements in this 3D physical time and space reality. Manifestation is the bridge between the metaphysical: our thoughts, consciousness, and feelings, and the physical (our actions and results). Hope this helps somewhat!

Adhd is what scientist have classified as a brain disease of dopamine insensitivity: continuously needing new hits of dopamine and inability to stay focussed. My spiritual take on it, as it is the spirit that is incarnated into this brain (we are more than our body, the brain is the instrument, the spirit the player) is that the brain continuously needs a new distraction to avoid something else, a feeling. Sitting still is the worst for a person for adhd. It’s not the brain chemistry I believe, that is just the result of what we measure. The origin is the emotional spiritual body that can’t be alone with thoughts and feelings, and continually wants a new distraction to avoid this 🙏🏽
This is exactly what Ive realised recently. Noticing myself constantly tensing my muscles just not to FEEL ..

Simply by sitting down for 10-20 minutes, put a timer on your phone perhaps, remove all distractions, and just sit… that’s where to start dear 🤍
