I think a team with another stable starting QB can use him as a threat in particular packages, but always in the QB position. Some years ago Miami used a lot of the "Wild Cat offense". I think Tebow can be used in that package sporadically, in third and short situations, or also in goal line situations. If your answer is what position in general, i think only QB. He's not very fast, and for a TE position we don't know if he can catch the football or block.

Also, his overall completion percentage (since your so damn conserned with tebow's) was roughly 50.1%, which is terrible considering he's in the hall of fame.
