Just Steve If I worked it long enough I'd probably get there. I wanted to show one blind siding to give an idea of just how much easier it is than a normal truck.
This brings back memories. I was a yard shunter/foreman for a few years. the Terbergs are great little machines, basic but a great workhorse. Well, that is until you forget to unhook your lines when pulling off. :-D
This is a great clip of you shunting there, I have just been made redundant from class1 driving, and I fancy doing some shunting work for a change, Hope to find some work around the Worcester area,?
Those shunters remind me of holidays to Ireland when I was a kid. Waiting for our ferry at Stranraer port, watching the trailers being moved around.
great video i am thinking of going for a job driving one but have not drove a lorry in 10 years so very useful to watch
They are a different animal to your typical truck.
The small stearing wheel takes a little while to get use to. I love shunting. Good to see you back, don't leave it so long next time.
Your not miserable enough to be a shunter lol. Great vlog as always. Love the end trailer also. I really should do one.

Dave Hodges Not an Area I’m familiar with to find work but good luck. It’s all the interesting bits of truck driving with no motorways.
Hi mate would u do a longer video of u shutting please
If I ever end up back there again I'll give it a go.
A yard truck with mirrors that shake like a wet dog? Noooooooo, impossible xD
Whitney must seem like a very small quiet place after all your coach travels
James Graeme It's certainly less hectic than Paris that's for sure.
Nice pope mobile 😆
It takes a while to get used to being so exposed but makes reversing super easy.
Thank you for making this video mate :)
No problem.

What’s the reason for them to be limited to 25 by law?
To make them exempt from various laws particularly taco related ones.
Cheers buddy
19:50, 4.678m - 3 decimal places ! Really necessary ?
I thought it was a bit much too.
Shunter in a petrol station just doesn't seem right
It was a strange experience.
@@DTWTheWanderingMuzungu Thought you can run shunter's on red diesel?
@@ScottishLad. You can but these ones are running on the road so white diesel only.
