Thanks for the videos Mr Muzungu. Do you mind me asking if you're a self-employed HGV driver and if so, do you ever find it difficult finding work? I'm due to do my class 2 in a few weeks but am hoping to moving on class 1 next year maybe and am not sure if being self-employed will be the best option. Thanks, ;o)
Hi Andy, No I'm not self employed at the minute but was looking into possibly moving over to that this year. It means I can work more flexibly and for more people if I so choose. You tend to get paid more as self employed but have a lot more paperwork to sort out as you have to work out your costs and taxes etc. As for work it is always there especially once you have experience. My agency told me they had to turn down work over christmas because they couldn't supply enough drivers.
