Janis' explanation of the problem I have when I pull guys with stronger wrists was great; essentially, my pronator gives out and my wrist gets taken even though I'm able to produce a lot of back-pressure.
Loving the workout videos guys !! Its a big motivator too see what Raymonds and Janis are doing and take their core principles and apply it my own workouts. Thank You
Janis will you do a strap video from start to finish showing we’re and why you position the strap.what you are trying to achieve with different techniques Thank you
Can you do a video on arm wrestling movements with just dumbbells. A lot of us don't have the equipment to do what we would like to. Great video guys 👍 very informative!
Great video Ray, the Jedi and his tricks look like they work well! Looking forward to pushing higher in rotation! This video has motivated me to change it up.
For a few weeks, my upper forearm has been hurting pretty badly and I cannot do any pronation exercise. I don't know what to do. I do rehab, stretching etc. but when I practice the pain comes back fast.
Anyone knows how many excersize for the pronation muscle we should do per workout session (which for me is every third day), can I do 3 different pronation excersize, each with 4 sets with 10-15 reps?
Maybe I'm just a wimp, but how do you stop the belt from hurting your hand? I use a karate belt, and it's uncomfortable in your hand from the pressure where the belt sits, with 25kg, my hand wouldn't be able to take much more let alone 50kg+. What kind of belt do you use? Thanks. You have the best training vids!!!
It’s funny i literally just found out this week that this is my weak point. I’ve been wondering why I’ve been getting turned like that. It’s my weakest link. I’ll be doing static holds to stop rotation and way more isolated wrist pronation. I find in a full chain movement of pronation with side pressure or back pressure I’m stronger but just rotation with the wrist is weak as hell!
9.09 u asked the same question to Janis my hero..that what is a good working weight for pronation ...but when I asked you this during your qna today. .u said this is the dumbest question .why?? ...if u don't know don't say it...but don't utter such words...I am constant viewer of your channel...don't insult..I am just a beginner in armwrestling..so I don't know much of these things..so I asked you ..I learn myself...there is no one to train
If your pronation is strong but backpressure is weak and you go against a strong dead wrist press, you are done. Gladly.... Most guys don't know how to dead wrist press. 🤫
Ecotomorph. He's staying with his weight class. He doesn't train too be big. He's a cerified champion in his weight class and can even handle himself well in higher weight classes.

@@closegripbenchpress489 true that. He does look tiny..maybe that's why they call him the Jedi. The force is strong within. Lol he really is a beast though.

Glad you enjoyed it!
This is a good training thanks man
I like it when you show exercise and then also on table when to use the movement. Do you have a similar video but for supination?
Nothing on supination Yet.
Very Good Video! Thank you
1:55 this is a real isolation of the pronator for a good isolated exercise, not like the new exercise of devon which isn't even an isolated exercise

Both are top notch!
My pronator muscle grow withen 3 days after recovery buts its small grew same as pinky finger still slightly to lift 18kg
Very Informative coach
What if I work My pronator out with the Multispiner.? Can I get the same results as with these work out.? I'd like to know.
Which is a better exercise for toproll- pronation with strap wrapping around the thumb or pronation directly with strap on hand
Both are good. It depends what point You want to strengthen. But personally of those, I prefer around thumb. - Janis
