- In this video I give a full in depth tour of the 1999 Rolls Royce Silver Seraph. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this car while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

Exterior of the Car = 1999
Interior of the Car = 2011!
That thing looks extremely modern! Nice review, as always!
I like this better than the newer Rolls Royce.
James Polcyn So do I. I have had a Phantom out for a test drive and it doesn't compare with the older range of real Rolls Royce cars, even this one with a BMW engine. I admit to being biased though. I have driven a 1965 Silver Cloud III since 1982.
Yes,I agree.
i like the lower smooth design and the bank vault build quality
I like it better than my Ford
@@sadokbarbouche9427 Me too,it is more elegant looking.
That's awesome! Great vid as always Kyle! Keep up the good work!
Amazing condition for a '99 Rolls, both inside and out! Great review!
Love the engine sound
I love your videos! I go on youtube to see if you've uploaded any new videos several times a day. Keep it up!
One of my favourite rolls Royce just love the body styling on that model.

Very classic car, I love it.
***** I was born in 1997 so this car is classic to me,
Sadly, this is the final beautiful Rolls-Royce model.
Bentley ;)
Rubbish. The new models are fantastic.
By the way, I like how the guy in the video reviews cars. Very detailed review.

Re That's what I drive and hope never to sell it.
Nolan Thibeault then
i like how you give more details of the cars!
Proper tires for the Seraph are Avon made for this car. I have the exact car and colors 99 with 34k miles. Hagerty gave me stated value of 68k
beautiful car just beautiful absolutly love it
What a glorious beast
The instrument cluster looks like it came from a 1960s Mercedes. Very classy car. Great review Kyle!
damn, that's one beautiful looking car!
Great Video Kyle!
That huge piece of furniture on the dash is beautiful
Wow! What a nice car!
As soon as the he gets in, shuts the door, silence. That is beautiful.
reminds me of what luxury was at one time, simple! nowadays cars have so many controls on the dash they take longer then 10mins to do a review on! nice car here, nice engine also, this car will go forever.
Man I miss the old Kyle style I used to bing these back in the day.
i bought this car :) couldnt be happier
Exquisite, absolutely exquisite.
Nice Kyle again
beautiful car...
such a beautiful car
I love the design.
Bentley also made their own version called the Arnage from 1998-2009 just when Bentley and Rolls Royce were splitting apart.
I love this car
It's beautiful
50 more videos to go, i don't know how you can top these videos you have been uploading. Ill be waiting haha
For a 90s car this is really nice
Beautiful car.
so beautiful
Blake Bias- As a result of the Blitz in WW II, the factory for building their transmissions were destroyed. They went to GM and have since used the 400 hyramatic Transmission used for Cadillac and Oldsmobile right up to the Silver Spirit/Spur models of the 80s.While these models were still being built in the mid '90s, BMW won contract to put in their transmissions. When Volkswagen and BMW battled over ownership, Volkswagen won and BMW said they would no longer provide the car with the transmission since Volkswagen said they would kill the Rolls Royce brand. In comes Rolls Royce Ltd(aircraft engines)saying they bought the factory but not the brand.
So Volkswagen built the Bentley and BMW had the name but no car. BMW sent letters to thousands of owners of which I have one with a questionnaire asking what models and style we liked best.
The result is the New Phantom. The designer who PUT THAT together was fired and is now working for Volkswagen, Bentley branch.
Long story but for me an interesting one and I hope it was for you too.
Peter Mendoza WOW!
OMG Love this car!!
Stunning RR :-)
Nice vid
Looking good in the jacket, man.
The instrument cluster looks like it came from a 1960s Mercedes. Very classy car. Great review Kyle!
And BTW lol, you look like you should be driving this thing in that suit you're wearing. haha
Ha, great video for sure, never actually saw on of these on the road in PA/NY state. I would love to drive this around my town & see how well it absorbs the bumps in the awful roads we have.
@InfamousPR
Yes i thought the same. Down to earth, friendly, discribe just the beautiful things and the details including the technical specification. Nice. Greetings from Germany
i want to have this.
one of the last beautiful RRs
2010 Mulsanne is the best looking since then
I like the introduction what he do!
I love the emblem on the hood.
the nicest looking car on the whole planet!

this is a underated rolls royce.
Tha'ts bad ass Kyle, I love classic style British cars.
this car is dope.
Very Class & not much big, but Class, I love !
and kyle......u got the best dress to review this car buddy
it looked like a bentley arnage from the back
It and the arnage are the same car lol
It's interesting to note some of the BMW components in that car, such as the buttons on the steering wheel and the HVAC controls. Must be a great car to be a passenger in !
as is the whole powertrain
Love the Elton John music playing in the background, very appropriate...
Brian Cornish Well Rolls-Royce are known for running old queens around 🤣
I'm digging that Arnage.
OMG TWO OF MY CARS ARE IN THIS. THE CAR HE IS ACTUALLY REVIEWING AND AT 0:23 THE ACURA NSX
wonderfulll the last of rolls from england greatt
The woodwork on the doors looks like it's been tampered with
I like how he got dressed up for this event. :)
요즘의 컬리넌 고스트 팬텀보다 훨씬 더 멋집니다~ 골골샅샅이 구석구석 감상하고 좋아요 퐊 누르고 갑니다!🦬🗯
Damn nice interior for a '99. Looks almost nicer than the current Phantom's.
Looks more stylish and less technical, the way a Rolls Royce should be.
Keep getting your hands on magic.
I like your rolls Royce
Fancy playin' that riff raff music in such a car;should be playin' some Mozart!!
5:21 wow, I was not expecting that
I like it-kind of subdued for a Rolls Royce
0:58 when it’s a secret GM truck product 🤣
You should do a video of the Rolls Royce Phantom!
요즘 컬리넌 고스트 팬텀보다 더욱 탐나는 1999년식 명차! 골골샅샅이 구석구석 감상하고 좋아요 누른담에 후다다닼 사라집니닼! ㅎㅎ🦬🗯
Actually, this still retained the original Rolls-Royce styling, but these were built after BMW took over, and the V-12 engine under the hood is a BMW product. The Silver Seraph also lacks other Roll-Royce hallmarks like the split-level climate control system, and it has traditional pedestal-mounted brake pedal instead of the through-the-floor design that follows the natural path of the foot...
These are beautiful cars, but as far as newer Rolls-Royces go, the 1999-2003 Corniche is my favorite!
Great video Kyle!
rools royce... the best car ever
So much chrome and wood! The interior looks nice, but the exterior, holy shit.
looks like the one at the Peninsula hotel in Hong Kong. they use them as courtesy cars for the guests.
Kyle? Any ideas on what your going to post for your 1000th video. I bet its really nice
Kyle, this car replaced the Silver Spur, which replaced the Silver Shadow. That tacky cheap wood after thought add-on on the steering wheel isn't original to the car as all RR's, Bentleys, Mercedes, BMW etc., use matching wood usually cut from the same panel/sheet of wood. Notice how much lighter in color it is compared to the other wood trim. This is the same car as the Arnage, only the grill is different, at that time RR built both lines of cars as it was one company all built in Crewe.
I almost bought one. It was a 2000 model that was British Racing Green metallic with Shell/Green leather interior with contrast stitching/piping. The price and the miles were right, it was the upkeep that wasn't economical at the time. Just because a premium car sounds affordable price wise, they are not when it comes to insurance and maintenance. Unfortunate. I loved that car and it's V12 engine.
How reliable is it
I want that black 1999 Rolls
do a start up, engine, and in depth tour of a mazda cx 9
It's VW RR.. I'm very interesting that does RR dealer service these car now?
because it's very similar, especially the back, to the bentley arnage!
That has a BMW V12 engine in it, Nice ride.
make a video of the RR Phantom!!
the 1998-2002 Rolls Royce Silver Seraph was assembled in
Crewe, England
I was thinking "Wow! Thats real nice" Then I saw the stereo........
Wow, I wonder where Kia got the inspiration for the Amanti's rear styling...
Notice how quiet it is inside, all the traffic noise disappears when the door is closed, it appears to have double glazed windows and look at the quality of finish throughout.this is why Rolls Royce are expensive all hand made to the highest standard beautiful motor cars! We own a 1985 Jaguar Sovereign and it too is a beautiful car not quite in this class but for the $10,000 AU we paid for her 5 years ago, she is all orig and been the most reliable car I've ever owned, Connolly leather too!
that climate control unit is steaight out of a BMW e39/e38
+Wojtek Mazurowski *Straight
+TheOGFuse no its spelled steaight, didnt you know that?
+Wojtek Mazurowski
* it has no navigation. bmw e38 was the first car ever with nav in 1998 on 750il
+Wojtek Mazurowski At that time, that was a high end premium car. Modern Rolls Royces use much more technology, imagine how outdated that will look in 15 years.
i know this
WTF is that radio????
Thr last of the true Rolls Royce cars
nice dress kyle
the transmission on the 1998-2002 Rolls Royce Silver Seraph
Transmission
5-speed ZF 5HP30 automatic
I saw elegant serial killer Hannibal Lecter driving one of these in the new show Hanniibal.
Was wondering what it was, it looked really beautiful in the program.
A good one of these will set you back about £30,000 in the Uk.
Much more attractive, understated than newer Rolls.
Thank you for not mentioning Grey Poupon!
This I see that right, no dam rev counter on this car! love the BMW switch gear
@xradio86 yeah it is. I thought they bought them after 2001. Plus this car has no tachometer
