Oh, and by the way, I didn't have any espresso, so I drove around the corner to Tongue In Cheek Ice Cream parlor/restaurant...and grab a shot of espresso. And boy, I'm glad I did. Do you have any substitutes for the espresso? I wanted to make a chocolate chip cookies but my friend doesn't really like sweets so I wanted to make this but I don't have an espresso...😞💔
If you can make chocolate chunk cookies using espresso then can you create a chocolate chip/chunk cookie recipe using hot chocolate or Swiss Miss cocoa powder?

If you hate cleaning, why have so many pots with your ingredients in them? Just cover your labels and take measurements directly from the bags and bottles.
