the time sync is what's killing me. Conquest + rote + raid on the same day literally impossible unless you live In your moms basement
Everyone hated on the Endor raid, but I loved how fast it was, and how easy/consistent it was to get high scores. Really gonna miss that

It was a seizure inducing lagfest so I auto'd it. Got comparable rewards to previous raid without the effort✌
Thank you for a detailed and fair analysis video, not like the people out there who are flattering CG. The 3 worst things when this raid launched
1. Each battle was too long.
2. The most useless LSB package ever, with just Lumiana and Kit Fisto G12 I earned 450k points (and condolences to new players who believe in CG greed).
3. Regarding being unfriendly to new players, actually new players will not be friendly to all raids, however it will not be friendly to small guilds under 200M because overall the players big in this guilds probably won't earn the 3rd box for the guild by themself.
I'm getting great use out of it, I didn't have to gear or relic 5 characters, two of which I can use in this raid and one that is needed for rote. You say useless but we all need that GP for territory battles.
Your other points are 100% correct. This raid took me over an hour and that was just the successful runs, closer to 2 and a half if we include resets. And I don't even want to know how long it'll take to do conquest, the raid and TB at the same time ooph
@@osets2117 Agreed, my purchase of the LSB was a calculated decision. The main factor for me in buying it was the relic QGJ and less so for a relic Plo. I know I am going to need those at higher relics eventually but both will have immediate impact on my roster. While the raid made the decision easy, there is tremendous value in not having to get QCJ, Plo, and Kit Fisto to gear 13 and beyond. That LSB means I can use my time and resources to gear up other characters instead.

Well, that's your opinion on your willingness to spend money on a mobile game. As for me, an F2P player who came before the LSB packs appeared, I only bought the BB-8 pack ($1 per R5); Raddus - Finalizer ($1.2$ per 7 star ship and R5); Rebel ($0.6 per 7 star ship and R3); GAS (2.8$ per 7 star ship and R3 - but has Big ship) and BAM (5$ per R5 - most expensive package I have ever bought, but the 4 all of them hanve teams and can work well). And with just that package I don't have enough mods, omega and zeta
Compared to this pack: 5 characters, but Eeth Koth is not good for the raid, Lumi and Kit are good, but won't be used after 8 months, so 20$ for QGJ ? Too expensive for me and a lot of people, I can get enough materials for a character to R7 in just 1 week without losing a dime, just killing my time what I want to kill. As I said, I only needed Lumi and Kit in G12 to earn 450k, in R5 it was only 1.2M, and that saved me $20.
About ROTE: My guild is currently stuck at 27 stars and I'm pretty sure a simple GP won't help much.
@@anho3345well, that's *your* opinion. You could earn 1.2 million with the entire LSB characters just swap out Eeth Koth for GMY, if your entire guild did that it would get you right under the 4th crate with one team and get you fairly far along of the personal track. It might not seem like much but it adds up.
Kit Fisto is needed for a TB combat mission with Mace and Eeth Koth is needed for a platoon. The rest of those characters can be paired with Jedi Cal who can easily clear fights with some of the worst characters. I can easily make use of every character from this pack, except Eeth Koth, he's actually useless.
I will gladly pay $20 strictly from a gear standpoint, gear and relics I can use towards other things that I actually want. You can be okay with getting less rewards but I'm not.
I agree completely with your take. My acct is almost 2 yrs old, and rushing GL ships yielded me 0 toons for this raid. Lightspeeds saved me, but f2p must be suffering sooo much w it
Your criticisms are definitely on point. I will say, for the Queen + Bros team, it's worth factoring in the assault battle. The r9 assault battle somewhat broke even after about a year, and if you also get a year worth of better raid rewards from it, I think it makes a lot of sense to invest in. Plus, strong GR Jedi are basically eternally useful in every game mode
I second this, youre going to have a high ROI due to the assault battle which he must be forgetting
The quadme trio is an absolute no brainer. It's as worth getting as the GL Leia was for Endor.
R9 obi and qui gon is no brainer for assault battle
You'd have quadme at R5 or r7 for GAC anyway so you're really only investing an extra 2 relic levels on quadme for 3.6 million score on a single team
After 6 attempts on r5 tier, I got a little over 500k from Luminara lead (no zeta), QGJ (already well modded bc I was using his omi lead for GaC before LSB), GMY with zeta, Windu with counter zeta, and Kit Fisto. Windu was r7, rest were r5. I had to really try hard to get over 368k, and I gave up when I got over 500k. I DID re-mod for this.
However, my much bigger issue is this: I knew 5 star characters would be able to access the lowest tier, so the past couple weeks, I've spent a TON of credits (around 100 million, much of which I got via buying that Rebel Fighter pack that came with 20m credits per purchase) to get my Gungans to lvl 85 and 5 stars, the non lsb Jedi to 85 and 5 to 7 stars, POW and MQJ to 85 (I also rushed to get them both to 5 stars). I then put pretty decent mods on all these trash/ low star characters, leveled the mods up, leveled their abilities up, etc.
And YET: the 4 Gungans couldn't defeat ANYTHING. Zero points. Throwing in r5 Eeth Koth with them enabled me to get like 20-30k points. I expected way better from Gungans at minimal tier.
The Counselor lead, with 5 star POW and MQJ, plus r5 Shaak Ti and another Jedi, got me 70k points on my best attempt.
B2 lead with Sidious and Maul got me about 200k.
I really tried to prep my best for this. My account is less than a year old, but I've spent enougu money to be 5.6m gp, with several r8s, a GL with two more coming soon, a soon to be r9 Starkiller, both Revans, and several over 300 speed toons, as well as a bunch of lvl 9 datacrons with re-rolled stats. So despite being an 8 month old account and brand new player, I've learned quickly and done well to build up. I compete nicely in Aurodium, do decent in 360m TW, and I was doing alrigjt in Endor raid.
But now, I just spent a lot of resources I needed elsewhere (credits are a big bottle neck still, as is general gear), to bring toons up to lvl 85 and gear 9-12 and 5-7 stars, all for them to in some cases not be able to score a single POINT, and in others, barely any points.
If I had known the minimal tiers would be so difficult, I wouldn't have soft-whaled thinking it would help my guild. I feel kinda betrayed by CG, tbh.
My R5 gungans no jar jar no fifth character got to the final wave on the R5 tier. I have no idea what I did differently but I did not have any difficulty.
My other guild mates with the same gungans as me also couldn't get anywhere at the R5 tier same as you for the lower tier. I have no idea where this massive inconsistency is coming from.

I used the LSB jedi on the G12 tier and got about 300k. To be honest, I forgot to change the difficulty to R5 but after seeing this, the G12 difficulty was probably a good call
We already have one R9 requirement for GL Ahsoka and we don't know how many more are coming so not going to spend resources to R9 either half or a whole team for this raid. Plus our guild will now be earning less MkIII tokens compared to Endor so really have to ration and save high relic materials for coming GL char requirements.
Problem is, in the tiers you can put your characters into, you probably won’t see even a third of the max overall score. So with my relic 5 Jedi I will maybe see 25% of max score, barring the luminara team. In Endor, even on auto, you were probably seeing 60-70%. Difficulty needs to be tuned down for sure.
Now that the novelty has worn off, I agree. This raid is actually bad. Mechanics are confusing. Scores are wildly inconsistent. It's bad enough to have a raid that takes 10-15 minutes per attempt but to have on where your score can vary by a factor of 3? I occasionally teach too and would give this one a D.
What kills me is the raid looks amazing, like the visuals are great and the space battle stuff is a nice break up to waves. I do feel cheated with the $20 jedi lsb. Im not saying it should max score without investment but 70-90k is a joke for R5 squad. Full R5 nute sep droids and best i could muster was 290k on the g12 tier. My guild went from 160m speeder bike to barely getting 28m in naboo
People complained about speeder bike, but it was full auto. This raid is atrocious after starting it tonight.

At r9, are you going to apply the raid omi for Gungan Boomer, even though it might not be necessary, raid success-wise?
Probably not.... I was going to before i played it, but now I have to decide if it's just worth saving 5 minutes per raid run... I don't know yet.

@@thegerbil23 if I had jar jar I don't think I would have bothered but since I have r5 gungans and another month before jar jar is back I applied the omi to help out. It added about 400k to my score consistently with auto the 4 man squad.
Hey Gerbil! Great video :) My guild hasn't run the Naboo raid yet, but I'm honestly kind of dreading it. I've got a 9M GP roster, which isn't bad, but I only have 1 legit team ready to go for this raid, so my first scores are going to be pretty low, around 1M dmg total. Big step down from 9M dmg in Endor where I didn't have to actively farm any bad characters. Also not looking forward to spending 30-60 mins every week on this. It's a shame, because the raid looks so cool, but really most players just care about the rewards and time commitment.
This would all go away if they let us run the raid to set a high score, and then we can sim it with that score, but also be able to try it again to set a higher score for next time

Im honestly not a fan of it either. Battles take too long, a lot of the characters are useless, jarjar event hasnt returned, Jedi bros are low gear because im not whaling on shards even if i had it still no signal data. Most of my gripes are solved in time but still it takes too long, the dispel/cleanse on the commandos is a kick in the nuts, and it seems hard to get high scores even with remodding and proper strat. Idk.
I'm seeing a lot of inconsistencies with this raid and my guild mates.
My R5 gungans no jar jar or fifth was able to get to the last wave of the R5 tier no issues on my first try. My guild mates with the exact same team as me could barely get any points even when they added a fifth member. Same for the B2 Seps, I had zero issues yet most of my guild did.
I have 1 guild mate who has R7 gungans with jar jar no Omi and he couldn't clear half of the R7 tier.
I have no idea where this massive inconsistency is coming from and yes this takes away too long to do, krayt dragon wasn't nearly this time consuming
Also the 00M bonus turn mechanic is annoying and super unfun
I got the bundle and took Luminara and Kit to R7 but it's an investment you want to make on day one if you are going to make it. I hope they keep the Seppie/Sith cheese team because it is one that most people have to some extent already and I think the Padme trio and the Gungans are well worth taking up, the trio to R9 (they have their own assault battle and are all great characters) and the Gungans to as high of a relic as you can get them because they too are a great team. Those two teams alone (together with a B2 led team if they keep it around) will take you a long way in this raid and those two teams at least are worth the investment - the rest though I don't know
With the LSB jedis (no zetas) you can easily max out the second level for 450k. Better than getting 70k on higher level. :-)

No video, sorry, not even a decent screen shot. It’s just what I got on my run. I got about the same as you when I tried the highest difficulty, but Difficulty 1 was a breeze.
It only gives me one wave and I win with low score no matter what level or toons I do. F

I feel like the time commitment is not worth it from what I'm seeing. I would spend about 4 hours in total on the last raid. with lots of trying different compsand get about 4 million points. I'm not looking forward to spending 8 to 10 minutes per battle on this new one with alot of toons that I don't have. the rewards aren't worth the investment I feel.
I invested 4-5 hours in the raid and my guild removed me before the end for a re-org… really hoping I get my rewards..

You should really make the name of that Guild known, so that other players do not suffer the same experience. Your officers should have told you your situation beforehand for both parts to plan and been "invited" to leave the Guild in time if that was finally decided. Once the raid has started, it is deeply inconsiderate to make such a decision because it is solely their fault. Let us know who they are so that they feel ashamed. Good luck on your research for a new Guild.❤

This raid looks cool but plays really bad. What a time sink! Hopefully the community find smart ways to make decent results in auto, but it is terrible when a game runs in auto...
pow and mqj have the AB that pays pretty good so they arent a big deal and they are useable in tb as well as the other modes.
Yes, but they are not accelerated and super kyro hungry so newer and even mid accounts will struggle to get them for some time, and they work best under QA who is also kyro heavy and hard to get if you missed Conquest.
