Literally everything you say is debatable (or at least from what I know) i can debate on everything you just said but I’m too tired to do them all so I’ll do some
1. Hes the fastest thing alive. He’ll catch them no matter what. People always forget that sonic is the fastest thing alive + he was given a Guiness world record for the fastest video game character, in which the fastest character that these people come from. (Also confirming that he’s just the fastest thing no questions asked.

3. If the disc is destroyed it’s not the end he always finds a way and plus everybody always opens the disc. So basically that would mean sonic can come out and he’s not able to be “destroyed” and the creator said if he somehow finds a way out chaos will surely happen.
4. He can enter the real world anyway through the disc
5.Sonic.exe can kill a lot of People in a small amount of time, the thing I agree about is the fact that he plays with his victims for too long so he doesn’t.
6. If people under his control are weak what gives him the problem killing them? He can do it himself.

Little fact about Eggman/Robotnik:
He isn’t hollow like Tails and Knuckles, you can see his brain. He mostly annoys EXE by giving him a fatass nonexistent middle finger to him and mocked him in Triple Trouble by singing his own boss theme. He’s more powerful than EXE, despite having no hands. It’s hard for him to speak because his jaw is hung open, so he mostly does ‘eee’ and ‘aaa’. He can still do sign language with his arms. That’s why I love Robotnik, he’s a sigma chad who annoys the hell out of EXE.
It'd be funny if Sonic.EXE just went "Screw this I'm teleporting out of this forcefield", but when he gets out of it he's sent back to the disc-

after a bit of analysis during the first half of this part i found flaws in sonic.exe's attacks; he primarily specializes in surprise attacks and fear tactics, with the foe attacking recklessly then being hesitant. what you need to do is show no mercy, hesitation or cooperation. the moment he gets anywhere near you attack; afterwards keep wary in a somewhat relaxed position while cautiously studying your surroundings without moving too much in order to make yourself harder to predict, and the moment you see anything appear near you immediately attack without a second thought; you can also use his strategy of attack to predict where he will come from next. one thing: DO NOT. LET HIM. GRAB YOU; it's better to just take a direct hit than to let him take a hold of you. he needs to grab you to bring you into his world from what i notice, so try to incapacitate him, to slice off his hands, to crush them, whatever you can do to avoid being grabbed; he cannot do anything without them

For the users saying that exe. is omnipotent in his dimension or outside it, nope, the omnipotent beings aren't restricted by anything, and still exe is trapped inside a videogame incapable of escaping by himself, plus he isn't even sonic THIS IS THE CREPPYPASTA VERSION, who is also pretty cocky and even JC (the creator of sonic.exe) says that he despises the death, and he is actually pretty cocky with his victims.
So actually many characters here can clap the shit out of him, beings like IT in the books can trascend the dark tower, something that leaves the sonic.exe feat of creating his dimension like something minuscule. (Even in the creppypasta is said that he made his own dimension in hours)

If by super form you mean Fleetway Super Sonic, this belongs to the Fleetway Sonic comics, and is part of the original Sonic, and Lord X is a different EXE

Teleportion, fourth wall breaking (of course), can create mirror copies of dimensions/universes like he did with sonics, can posses physical bodies and objects. While I do think he would give the terror kids a hard time, I don't think he would be capable of killing them due to how smug and confident he is. He can't kill a person in the real world since he needs them to play the game so that he can trap them inside the game and torture them for all of eternity. I have a question what is classified as a terror kid since the deffinition on the internet is tooooooo broad and could mean every character from a little creepy child story could be a terror kid and I would like an exemple of the weaker games /film/ books you put in your Au and the strongest so I know the scale of power which can be used to define a terror kid .
I have to say chara is very different from the cannon in terms of power but some are good like not needing a body to interact with someone and touching subject and some are bad like destroying au's without killing anybody doesn't make sense and without needing a level of LV [LOVE (LeVels Of Execution)] of 20 in that timeline or that universe.Yes I know it's your Au but giving Overpowered powers to a character yaaaa IDK .Georgie being pennywise it's kinda cool but pennywise forgetting about himself that sounds blown out of proportions since he is a being in the cannon of the books who is older than the Earth.

This parallel personality who calls himself Georgie has not yet discovered that he is the reincarnation of Pennywise in person.
