Let's go back to Jan 11th 2013 and 'A typical Trainees Christmas. Adapted song BTS (minus J Hope) of Kanye West's Christmas in Harlem and Wham's 'Last Christmas' . Interesting no JHope so this maybe was during the period he left. We have V singing but at this point his identity hadnt been disclosed. (Big Hit guarded secret). Namjoon disclosing on I-Land that he too ran away 6months prior to debut. Sad, funny lyrics full of disclosure.
Hi, NJ! I’m from the Philippines, now residing in Singapore. You mentioned that BTS must be on cloud 9 everyday, and i just thought their popularity also affect BTS members themselves, things like feeling the pressure or are they good enough. This is reflected in the lyrics of some of their songs and the members also speak about these sometimes. They show us even their vulnerabilities, and this is one of the reasons why many people can relate to them and their songs.
NJ thank you for reacting to BTS. I'M 69 years old and I'm Army. I'm from El Paso, Texas and the first song I heard of BTS was "FIRE" and that right there I became Army. They make my day every day of the week. I've known BTS since May 20, 2018.
You really really need to watch “Rise of Bangtan” it’s currently on episode 12 and will give you such an in-depth look at the guys, what they’ve gone through, and how far they’ve come. Maybe do one episode a week so you can still react to MVs 😉 you can also watch the bonus content and deleted scenes on your own after each episode. Good morning from Alaska, btw 😁
I love to see how you express yourself as Army, and I would like you to see a video of Army Brazil, it is incredible how in a Latin country that does not speak Korean 100 thousand people sing and cheer on BTS, I'll leave you below the links thank you for your support 💜💜💜
I'm glad you are doing this video. It's a pretty good introduction series. Please also react to the rest of the series. It has 8 Episodes in total. All the other episodes will focus on each member individually. The next episode is going to be focused on RM. Thank you NJ. I can't thank you enough for loving our boys. 💜
I think u should check the asian theory vedio the beautiful movement:life goes on it describes it the best about there life nd how they are ,how they came together etc .
Could you also react to ‘the rise of bangtan’ its an amazing documentary series about bts ( still ongoing ) it gives you a lot of information about their journey from the beginning
When you said "RM learned English by watching the series friends", I thought, NJ really pays attention to the videos, he remembers that. Thank you Sir, not only for giving us your time, but your sincerity. You don't do this sh...for likes or view, you do it cause you enjoy this ride with us! Much love to you and your channel. 57 from California USA 🤗🤗💜💜💜💜
While learning from friends is great, please don’t forget that RM also went to New Zealand as a teenager to do immersion English. He has worked hard to learn, and we should not take that away from him.
I am from Arizona, USA and I am 37. My daughter is who induction me.ro BTS about almost 3 yrs ago now ans the first song I hard was Fake Love. But I didn't really start listening to them til just last yr. These guys are amazing and spread so much positivity. I love all the members and their talents are just on another level. But RM and J-Hope are my bias, I just get drawn to them and their were the first ones I could recognize but name and face. Within the western music I have never seen or heard a group like them. It is always amazing to me that their is not just one special person among them. They all have different talents and specialties that they bring to the group ans each of them all have a chance to show their talents and have their time to shine. They all support each other even when one of them is working on solo projects and are proud of other members when they get recognized for it. I can't help but love BTS, and I have never looked so deep any artists before. I enjoy watching your reactions. I suggest you watch "The Rise of Bangtan" series.
You know what's cool about you NJ? You're genuine and never trying to hide what you think or feel! And you coming with new videos that I'm watching them for the first time! You're amazing! Keep it, stay healthy and happy! Love from Lebanon! 💜
I thought my life was pretty much done when I reached my 50’s. By then my grandchildren introduced me to BTS...I fell in love with the words and music to Awake by Jin, and I was forever a fan! To be an older Army is something I embrace with all I have. The last few years have truly had a purpose I can’t even explain. But I’m thankful and blessed we all found one another. Borahae Army family, and thank you RJ for being spectacular! 💜✌️💜🙌
Hi NJ - great reaction as always - im enjoying following your BTS journey because it reminds me of mine - i didnt get to see This series so thx for posting - the one i watched is called The Rise of Bangtan - there are 12 episodes so far - its really good and i think you wld like the details - you will see their journey in journey as trainees to debuting to present plus the conception of army at its infancy - i mean the original armies pre-debut time --- im in total agreement with you- BTS is so different in my eyes compared other famous artists who are also great in their right and i admire them but when i discovered BTS, somehow my Admiration for those artist have been overshadowed by BTS, and honestly, its inexplicable to me - as for your following, you too have a charisma that makes people watch and listen to you - you have an ability to engage an audience --- for example if you were a documentary you created i wld watch it or if you were a DJ on radio station, for sure i wld tune in you program- stay well and stay safe - i purple you 💜
Yo NJ. I’ve been watching your BTS reactions for about 3 weeks now. I enjoy seeing the conversion to being an ARMY. You’re sincere and I dig it bro. 43 year old father of 3 from Orange County. California. 💪🏻
I love that you have lived both sides of the spectrum! I'm 46, so all I got from my youth was Rick Astley and Vanilla Ice. Lol (they're okay, just not BTS-okay)
@@myrapuyatsantiago I don't think anyone has ever been like BTS they are so diverse. I've always been more AC/DC & Guns & Roses but this group has really got my attention I can't stop watching them even though I can't explain it being nearly 73.
@@christinesmyth8342 That's also what I can't seem to explain, even to myself -- I just watch BTS related content! I haven't watched anything "western" in months, it just isn't as happy to me. BTS was my comfort as my family cared for my terminally ill mom. They kept me sane, and gave me reasons to laugh, smile, sing, and dance despite the sadness. Will never forget that.
Morning, NJ. Happy to see you "doing your homework" :D Thank you for the video. You may want to get into the storyline behind BTS. If so, watch the Wings videos.
Cool about BTS to go in depth because they have it...and it is all positive and real. Each member, too, has his interests and unique personality and talents. The do inspire hope through music. All good.
Hi :D I am 22 and from Germany. I only became an ARMY in January 2020 and it changed my life. I am still a rather sad and quiet person, but I think you could say, I may not love myself, but I do not hate myself anymore.. I really love your reactions, reminds me of myself when I came across these boys.
Oh, I'm glad you react to this video by BTS Gadaursan, I had recommend it to you last week ! The seven others épisodes are focused on each members, and it's a good way to know them individually , after The seven members of Bangtan that you have already seen.
I totally agree with you NJ. what makes one famous is not the money or fame...it's about making a diffference...BTS leads us to their beautiful messages. Thank you NJ..
Just so you know at the end of each of the videos in this series (each member has their own video too) there is a clip of more of their personality I HIGHLY recomend you finish this fan-made docu series I also recommend a really amazing fan-made documentary series that is on going is titled 'The Rise of Bangtan' (there is an entire youtube channel) I highly recommend that series also each chapter of the 'The Rise of Bangtan' has a Deleted Scenes and chapters 3 onward have bonus content thank you for checking out BTS
One good thing about these boys is that inspite of the fame & popularity they enjoy they are well grounded and respectful, good role models actually. The fact that they spoke at the UN General Assembly is a living testament of the positive influence they project to the youth that resonates to us adults too. Seeing our kids loving BTS makes me feel secure bec of their good influence. Thank you NJ.
BTS isn’t like any other artist. No matter their level of success, they are always forever humble and grateful to their fans. They love us and music wholeheartedly and we feel the same way, which is why the fan base is so large. No other artist has such an intimate relationship with their fans like we do and that’s why we’re so thankful and protective of each other because BTS and ARMY are a family. BTS Saranghae!💜 ARMY Borahae!💜
I'm a student living alone and just finished up my studies for today and now I'm eating dinner while watching this reaction haha. thanks for the company and for getting to know BTS more. I've already asked, but I would really appreciate a reaction of TXT. They're very young but extremely good. Blue Hour, Can't You See Me, Run Away and New Rules would be good songs to start with I guess. There are also a few videos called "don't put BTS and TXT in the same room" and it's basically BTS being very funny and good seniors and TXT being shy and respectful juniors. But those videos would probably be more fun to watch after checking TXT out first.
My favorite documentary series so far is from the channel Rise of Bangtan. Episode 1 starts in their pre-debut days and you get to see everything, including Bang Si-Hyuk, their CEO, explaining how he chose and put them together. It is truly excellent. The series is sequential and has 12 episodes so far-- with more to come.
thank you NJ! I love your reactions. your channel is my daily pit stop before bed. I know you want to learn more about the boys. but remember to take care of yourself too...
Hi, NJ. I have watched a lot but never commented. I am a stay at home, home schooling mom even before the pandemic. I live in North Carolina in the US. My daughter introduced me to BTS. I really thought they were just for teens at first. I'm glad I kept learning. Although we already had a good relationship I believe the bond between my daughter and I has deepened significantly since we are both ARMY! I'm 44 and my daughter is 16. Welcome to 💜🅐🅡🅜🅨⁷⟬⟭💜 I enjoy your reactions!
Hi NJ - also there is a mv called This is the BTS Army - worth checking out - you will be amazed what the Army does now - they are incredible- i dont know of any fandom like them in history just like BTS they are like a model fandom - they go beyond admiring BTS they emulate BTS philanthropic philosophy--- i just saw a vid where the Army in China built a hospital which took a year as a present for JHOPE on his bday this year - and the hospital is named after jhope (Jung Hoseuk hospital) imagine that - do u know of any fandom that does that? Incredible right? --- stay safe NJ 💜
Love your reaction..welcome to BTS ARMY..kindly react to the most beautiful life goes on the story of BTS by Asian Theory for more BTS's journey...i think there many fellow army who want this ..borahae 💜💜
I love your reactions but I don’t think BTS doesn’t wakes up every day happy and fulfilled. They have hard days. A few have dealt with depression and the loneliness of being famous and so recognizable. Suga once said he hoped the elevator of fame would take him to the 15th floor but they’re on the 60th floor and that kind of fame is scary and carries great responsibility. But their concerts give them energy and focus and not being able to perform in front of ARMY has been tough on them all. I was around during the Beatles and I can’t think of any group or performer that has worked so hard to stay in touch with fans. Or let fans see their vulnerable moments. Glad you’re enjoying them. I’m in my 60’s and I love them all for being the best example of humanity. Love to you. “You nice. Keep going,” as Jimin says. 💜
tHankyou thankyou tHankyou NJ!!!!!!! for continuiNg reActiNg to bts .. I hope more more reaction you'll do .. 😘😍😘😍😘😘😍😘😍 tHankyou and godbless you always NJ ❤❤❤❤❤❤ let's rock and roll🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
For BTS solo songs, and BTS as a group, you could check out the following: BTS: No More Dream, N.O, Just One Day, Danger, Dope, Run, Butterfly, Save Me, Young Forever, Not Today, Dimple, Pied Piper, Blood Sweat & Tears, Magic Shop, Make It Right, Black Swan, Louder than bombs, 00:00 (Zero O’Clock). We are Bulletproof: the Eternal, Stay Gold, Your Eyes Tell, Born Singer, and The Truth Untold (live version). RM: Do You, Intro: Persona, Mono Suga: Trivia: Seesaw, Give it to Me, The Last, Nevermind J-Hope: Intro: Boy Meets Evil, MAMA, Outro: Ego Jin: Epiphany, Moon, Awake Jimin: Lie, Serendipity, Promise, Filter V: Stigma, Singularity, Scenery, Winter Bear, Inner Child, Sweet Night Jungkook: Begin, Euphoria, My Time (Jungkook and also some of the other members have also done cover songs as well) I hope you enjoy!! Btw, I am from British Columbia, Canada, and I'm a 51 yr old Army!
Talking about Bulletproof, Bulletproof Pt 2 goes back to the beginning and is a jawdropper. If you already looked at it move on to more of their early stuff. Unlike many "lying wacks" they had the shit from the start. Stay well
Love how you said that it isn't something you could buy with money when RM said about fans saying their musics help ARMYs going through their lives. I hope you could also start watching their variety shows later such as Run,In the Soop,Bangtan Bombs and many more just to watch each of them as a person because these boys are soo relatable😂Thank you man for reacting to them genuinely trying to understand their messages through their musics😍Borahae💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Hi, I am from Chile in South America and I am 37. My daughter (10) is who induction me to BTS and that's it, now I am a Army mon. I love music (all kind, especially metal) and I am a big fan of The Beatles since I was little, so they really are the Beatles of the 21th century if you ask me. I like your channel so much, keep it up. Cariños desde Chile. Sorry about my english. :)
"These guys must be literally on cloud 9 every god damn day" Yes, but they went through hell to get there. And ARMY is there for them to leads them into even higher spaces, no matter what. There`s the saying BTS find you when you need them the most. I dont know it this is for you. But you don`t chose to be ARMY, you become ARMY. And you can feel it. I don`t know where your journey will bring you to, but I hope you enjoy your ride to the fullest 😊 Borahae
Hey NJ. I've mentioned I'm from the southern US before but age? Let's just say my children are in the BTS age range. I was into metal, punk and screamo right up until I realized I was ARMY. What this video didn't mention is that their UNICEF campaign got them an invitation to address the UN General Assembly and they did so again in 2020, though that time through taped speeches. I think their collaboration with UNICEF is in its 4th or 5th year now and they're up for their 5th consecutive win as Top Social Artist at the Billboard Music Awards. Coincidentally they will also debut their new English single Butter through a taped performance at the BBMAs two days after it drops. This will be the second time, they did the same with Fake Love before.
This is a great series to introduce the members there is also a series called The Rise of Bangtan which atm is up to episode 12 and it really shows what they went thru to get to where they are today. At the moment we are up to 2016 -17 with more to come. It follows them for pre debut to today and is fan made. The episodes are long so even if you dont react to them I would recommend watching them for an insight into just how hard it is to succeed in K-pop as its a cut throat industry.
The funny thing too is, you haven't even scratched the surface yet. I've been consuming BTS content every single day for sometimes HOURS for MONTHS now and I still haven't even scratched the surface. Be prepared to just fall for them more and more and more and more and you think you'll reach a peak but I fuckin haven't yet
Hola, soy de Mexico, me gustan mucho tus reacciónes de BTS, aun sin saver ingles 😅 me gustaria que reaccionaras de ser Nadie a ser Leyendas porfavor... besos!! 😘
Hope when you have a chance, you'll check out their recent RollingStone interview! It was very well done and gives more tidbits on how they were established and their thoughts on their careers, influence, and music.
Esqueceram de colocar que V também é produtor e compositor, além de que sua musica detem o record da musica com mais numeros 1 no itunes, quebrando o recorde da Adele, Kim Taehyung (V) é um artista completo
U must watch the "Rise of Bangtan" i think is the best documentary video to watch for new people who want to learn more about BTS.. This serie of video is very very well done!!! Trust me.. ✨
Yes, but what do they really get from it NJ? I can't imagine the dichotomy.....being super loved by everyone around you...yet there's still that wall that prevents you from really knowing them. How do you learn to be so loved, yet isolated from the ones who love you. Take it a step further, some who appear to love you may also be capable of harming you, requiring protection/security from the 'ones who love you'. How would you ever know who you can and can not trust? You're really stuck with family, each other, some in the industry and perhaps a few old friends. Frankly, I think it would mess with my mind. Borahae
I would really recommend 'the rise of Bangtan' Docuseries, it goes so in depth,I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up on Netflix, its that good and covers EVERY aspect of their lives as BTS aswell as their backgrounds. Personally I feel that it is the best one out there. But that's coming from a 29yr old ARMY in America 😂💜 here's the link to the 1st chapter, so far there are 12 and each has deleted scenes aswell! th-cam.com/video/QxAmkAwIEeY/w-d-xo.html
Want more BTS?... Like, subscribe and comment below, and we will get them back on the show! Let's roll!
Thx so much for this☺️

I really think people need to watch this series of documentaries to really understand Army support to BTS and how hard they work.
Hi, NJ! I’m from the Philippines, now residing in Singapore.

I love your reactions and love BTS 💜 💜💜💜💜💜💜....mom ARMY.

Talking about Bulletproof, Bulletproof Pt 2 goes back to the beginning and is a jawdropper. If you already looked at it move on to more of their early stuff. Unlike many "lying wacks" they had the shit from the start. Stay well
I am from Argentina, I 44 old, I am army, I LOVE YOU BTS 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Aww NJ my man, sending a lot of love from Australia 💜.
Keep going and much love
Hello again from the Kansas prairie. I enjoyed today’s show very much. Your channel is the only one where I will happily watch non-BTS content.
Hi,
I am from Chile in South America and I am 37. :)
I reccomend My Time and Euphoria, both by Jungkook because they are phenomenal 💜
Love the Channel, can't wait to see more 😀
"These guys must be literally on cloud 9 every god damn day"
Yes, but they went through hell to get there.
Looking forward to this 👍 i have my reminder set.
I have not seen it yet T_T
We love this type of videos too😌+love your reactions 💜💜💜💜keep going
Simply you are nice personally. Always I enjoy watching your reaction. I'm 64 J-ARMY 🇯🇵
Thank you. Love ur reaction. If only i can 👍more than once.
React to The Most beautiful life goes on: a story of BTS, It`s a great video about their beginning until last year. please!
Really love BTS and NJ💜
The funny thing too is, you haven't even scratched the surface yet. I've been consuming BTS content every single day for sometimes HOURS for MONTHS now and I still haven't even scratched the surface. Be prepared to just fall for them more and more and more and more and you think you'll reach a peak but I fuckin haven't yet

Next ➡ *Rise of Bangtan* series 🤗💜
Yes, but what do they really get from it NJ? I can't imagine the dichotomy.....being super loved by everyone around you...yet there's still that wall that prevents you from really knowing them. How do you learn to be so loved, yet isolated from the ones who love you. Take it a step further, some who appear to love you may also be capable of harming you, requiring protection/security from the 'ones who love you'. How would you ever know who you can and can not trust? You're really stuck with family, each other, some in the industry and perhaps a few old friends. Frankly, I think it would mess with my mind. Borahae
Would love to see you react the the series where they come to America to learn hip hop....it's early in their training and IIRC a 4 part series.
Sigue reaccionando a esos videoooos
I would really recommend 'the rise of Bangtan' Docuseries, it goes so in depth,I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up on Netflix, its that good and covers EVERY aspect of their lives as BTS aswell as their backgrounds. Personally I feel that it is the best one out there. But that's coming from a 29yr old ARMY in America 😂💜 here's the link to the 1st chapter, so far there are 12 and each has deleted scenes aswell!
