I use this glue and love it but hate getting it on my fingers. I keep alcohol packets on my desk (you can buy them by the box and different sizes) works faster than baby wipes. Great white on white cards!
Your cards are absolutely gorgeous! I've never done white on white, these are stunning, love the texture! I will definitely try your techniques! Thank you so much.
Love these cards. Thank you for sharing. Just to let you know that the sound and video are out of sync on the replay. I was a bit confised until you got the baby wipes out and the sound of you opening them came later!
Thank you, Carmen. I am sorry about the out-of-sync sound - it's frustrating. It's to do with internet speeds (as this was a live video), and I'm not techie enough to know how to fix it (or even if it can be fixed). Thank you for watching nonetheless.
Absolutely stunning! I have layered white on white multi-textured bedding that I Iove, but never thought of making white on white cards. Thanks for the inspiration just in time for holiday cardmaking! I have a textured dove die that’s perfect for this technique. ❤
I don’t get why you went to trouble to emboss the snowflakes then you covered them with small rectangles. I do love the other two and white on white is classic!
I would probably not cover up the snowflakes another time! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I don't make white-on-white projects enough: as you say, they're a classic.
Linda, the stamps and folders are from the same year as the video, so 2022. Although they are no longer available to buy new, you may find them second-hand, or alternatively substitute in others that you already have. All kinds of embossing folders would work well, and any foliage (not necessarily "Christmassy") or snowflake dies will be lovely. You can create frames with oval, round, square etc nesting dies: just choose 2 different sizes, nest together and die-cut. You can emboss this frame afterwards too. I hope that helps.
The only reason is the design evolved as I was making it, and I think I say at some point that I didn't need to have used the snowflakes on the background layer after all!
Who would have thought that all that white would look so good together?😮 They are so elegant looking!
I know...I'm a lover of colour, so it surprised me too! Thank you for your kind comment.
The white on white is so elegant. Love all 3 of them. Thank you so much for the inspiration.

@@JoAnnRossBooks Thank you so much! I;m so pleased to have given you some ideas. The dove die sounds gorgeous: that'll make a beautiful card.

Why did you cover up the lovely snow flakes. Did I miss the reason.

@@handmadeathomewithsallybowman thanks for explaining, I was looking forward to seeing what you did with the snowflakes. Beautiful cards!
@@conniesanginesi4676 I kind of wished I hadn't! But I can always make another card!
Hello! Love your accent! Is STAMPIN Up going to stop? I’ve heard bankruptcy is imminent!
Stampin' Up! is doing well, your source was mistaken!
A lot of people are getting out of it due to what is going on with their daughter.
Where you from?
Hello
It was confusing that your voice was delayed from the video. Not in sync at all! Lovely cards. TFS.
I'm sorry about this, and explain about it in the video description. Thank you for watching anyway.
You're a bit out of sync. 😊
I know, and I'm sorry - I mention it in the video details/description. It's to do with internet speeds and I was unable to fix it.
