Hey! I loved the video. My dream is to get into Sauder. I am an international student and in 11th grade I had a 93.8 average GPA but the 6% admissions rate is really scary. I have lots of extracurricular activities and all of that but realistically, with a GPA like that and having extracurriculars, is it realistic for me to aim for this school?
the admission rate is not actually 6%, that number that comes up on google is wrong, you can look up how many applicants sauder gets and how many people graduate from there, its much higher. you have really good grades and good ECs! Remember that sauder (and UBC in general) loves people with a good story, and people who show that they grew/set goals and achieved them, etc! focus on that over joining a lot of random things and youll be fine! Good luck :)
Hi. I love this video, since I am hoping to get into Sauder in future. Currently, I am a grade 11 student in Toronto. My average in function is 88% and I have several extracurricular related to business and two of them are related to finance, since I will go to finance industry in future. I am also part of Dragon Boat team. However, about the grades, does UBC cares more about grade 11 or 12? In addition, I also have business courses such as financial accounting, entrepreneurship, and marketing (this courses is for my current year) for grade 12, I will take economics, financial securities, and financial accounting again.
I'm currently studying at Douglas college and my program is commerce and business administration. So I hope to transfer 2 year in sauder school. Is there any transfer student in Sauder? and How many students study in school?

I’m from Saskatchewan and have an 85% average in Grade 12 right now. do I have a chance of getting in or do I need to work on having a higher average?
I believe the average admission average last year was approximately 93%.
