valve knows now and its probably why you get community leader on 27 achievements early since the bug isnt fixed
Unfortunately it looks like Valve patched it by completely eliminating your ability to finish the badge requirements...

@@sillyredgoobert my hope is that Valve will come up with a better system for badges in the near future. They are actively updating the desktop UI and adding a bunch of features, so I wouldn't be surprised if they roll out a badges rework sometime soon. If they do, I'll post a video about it!

No. Community leader is the last badge in the series.

Valve unfortunately patched the bug by removing your ability to finish the badge this way...

@@Cielidv I misread a comment, my bad. There's no level requirement. It looks like the ability to finish the badge has just been completely removed.
@@Cielidv I do have a suggestion to bring your steam level up though! If you hover over steam's store tab, there's an option for "Points Shop". Points are rewarded for buying games. I think the ratio is 100 points per $1.00 USD spent. Click that, and on the left-hand menu, there's a section called "Seasonal Badges". You can unlock these badges with your steam points balance, and XP will be rewarded based on the level of the badge. Seasonal badges reset every season, so you can unlock the less-expensive badges again next season too.
