These players knocked it out of the park in round one. In this video, you'll see unexpected pivots, mind-boggling defensive plays, and surprise victories. 💥

I tuned in late and only caught the 3 final matches y'all streamed, so I'm stoked to see more of the tourney going up on your channel. Thanks for your work coordinating the tournament and for the uploads and analysis!

If you're adding those neat cards for the different teams, could you make them line up with the player info of the game?

Unfortunately these are VODs meaning they were streamed live by different casters and they control the on-screen elements

Don't understand the missle dislike against front row aggro? It did the most damage while crawlers are still bunched, and freezes and slows the balls long enough for the marksmen to get more shots off. The missiles were always going to hit something. I'm more surprised the other guy didn't take an anti missile turret.

For elite spec you could buy chaff round 1&2, skip the turn 2 card so can potentially round 3 skip a card and have 800 for round 3 for the potential option to slam a level 2 giant and wipe the board.
Is it good? Maybe not. But it could work sometimes.

In the current meta with a strong Vulcan I think it's 100% doable

@@stoneymechabellum I consider that just the threat given by skipping round 2 card and only spending 300 might be worth it. If round 2 tanks it is not a relatively large problem since it is still an early round. But it gives a lot to think about for the opponent on round 3 because an extra heavy giant may or may not pop out. I don't think you have to follow through with the giant drop if a unit card disrupts it.

Game 2 he needed sandworms against the marksmen

Only if MM are low in levels. I won't spoil too much but one player tried exactly that in the later rounds but didn't quite work.
