Me too faced the same situation in my life. Sought divorce after 2 yrs of marriage as it was an unconsummated marriage. The mental agony I had to face.. Atleast here the boy agreed that he was gay but usually men will not accept impotency. Instead they will blame the girl for jot arousing him. After 8 yrs I got remarried & having a healthy girl child who is now 14yrs. I'm happy now.
@@VenkatRamananC-ib9qethere’s a difference between what u said and what above commenter said ! In her story that man was gay and ur ex wife didn’t like intimacy there is mountain of difference ! Nowadays in every arranged marriage husband and wife try to be friends first and then lovers and they go for intimacy after 2 years ! I don’t know whether u approached this way if not it’s wrong to accuse ur ex wife ! No women wants to have intimacy with a stranger without gaining basic trust ! Even though ur married it’s arranged marriage not love marriage so u need to gain the trust if u didn’t approach this way please do it when u get married in the future !

To clarify further, I have not mentioned all the facts in my 3 line comment, My ex-wife identify herself as asexual (she disclosed this to a guy she was previously engaged to and that marriage was stopped because of this, they hid all these facts). She said that she could not develop any feelings and told me that I could get a kid with other women, I could seek this from anyone, she wouldn't care. Do you really think a person who wants to understand their partner better by means of friends, lovers etc., says all these? When I was trying to make it work by marriage counseling etc., finally she said that after 2 years she was ready to get a kid using IVF or IUI but not by any natural means. In the bedroom since day one we slept separately, she never spoke anything when we were alone. She asked me why couldn't I live without any intimate life forever in my life and live as a married couple for society. Do you really think a person who wants to understand their partner better by means of friends, lovers etc., says all these? There are a lot of things that happened with our short span of stay together. Kindly do not presume that I didn't make any effort to understand etc., Also it is not always true that "only" women need trust to lead an intimate life, Even, No man wants to have intimacy with a stranger (in a marital relationship) without gaining basic trust! Marriage is not needed for such things and intimacy does not always mean a physical relationship. After all these and nullity of marriage, even now, me and my ex-wife are on good terms.
