    Are you already familiar withi this topic? Maybe familiar with complex and uncofortable modification issues? Let me know in the comments and don't forget to subscribe for further content upload information (;

    Really useful theory, simple trick yet so powerful! :) The body ID explanation made perfect sense!

    This video has much more than boolean secrets. I have learned that face blend is more powerful after modifying the parents. The most of us choose the edge blend first because it's faster doing it.
    Thanks for another great content!

      You're welcome (-: Tank you for the comment. A relation to faces is always more stable than a relation to edges, like e.g. by use of the Edge Blend. For parts that have a unique wall thickness, I'll recommend to use the Face Blend and update stability will thereby be increased. Image a linked design surface which might be exchanged. It works excellent (-:

    Horizontal Modeling is the way to go... few months using NX and now I'm starting out to understand how powerful is that CAD system. Thanks for your videos.

      Thanks for the comment. Keep on designing like that and you'll save so much time in the end through reusing things. And yes! This is the reason why I think, NX is the best choice for engineering compared to other systems. And I am talking as an independent Multi-CAD user^^

    I am trying to follow all your contents. Thank you
    6:23 How did you deselect so quickly?

    • @Bizlearn_Siemens_NX_Training

      Thank you and sorry for the late response. You can deselect via a left click in the free space. That's a relatively new function in NX.

    2:43 sorry, the result is green, not blue (-: but everyone can see it during the video

      You're welcome. I appreciate that you are watching further videos. I am looking forward your feedback after you have watched some more. How did you start learning nx?

      @@Bizlearn_Siemens_NX_Training There won't be much more feedback since I'm very new to NX and I see Your material is little more advanced. :)
      I started learning 2-3 weeks ago with workplace courses and few books. Coming from SolidWorks, where almost everything is made with sketches I will have to get rid of "sketch paradigm" somehow, since I found NX sketching an absolute nightmare.
      When I get some more experience I will gladly return to Your videos. It is good to know someone is willing to teach us more in-depth aspects of the program.

    I notice you get a preview of all that went into the model in the part navigator when you pick on a command . Is this a new feature for NX1899?

    • @chesterpuffington8368
      @chesterpuffington8368 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      So it is new, I like it. We are still using 11 at my place of work, I need to show this to the fellas.

    • @Bizlearn_Siemens_NX_Training
      @Bizlearn_Siemens_NX_Training  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, it's so helpful and also new. You can see a preview of hidden objects via selection within the Part Navigator. I am not shure which version exactly, but guessing it's 1899 (-; There will come some really satisfying advantages with the new version NX1926. If you are considering to update concerning CAD advantages, I'd recommend you to wait until NX1926 (-; I was Beta testing ^^
