You did a great deal on that motor for such a low hours! I have the 150 Optimax, and it's all what you said, reliablity, performance, economy. And it weighs lighter than a 4 stroke.
Good video, same here. Can't justify a new outboard cost in the $25k range for recreational anglers fishing 15-20 times a yr. Bought a 2005 optimax. Run non ethanol fuel, quickleen periodically, and stay on top the cooling system. I added vesselview and love it. 1014 hrs so far no issues. I bought the motor for $4500 in 2018. Even if the new 4 strokes are more fuel efficient, can buy alot of fuel for $20k. I added a 9.8 Tohatsu kicker for trolling, backup.

I run non ethanol as well its better for boats in my opinion

Yes I plan to make a video of the total cost the only reason why I haven't done it because I'm done with the build
