Thank you guys for inspiring to deepdive into Volca Drum. This track uses a lot of dub-ambient and dub-techno techniques. Volca Drum gives us 6 instruments, but every one of them has two layers. If we do not need those in one instruments, we get 12, which can be launched and stopped at your wish.
Also, you can set the probability of every step, making the tacts sound different and unpredictable.
Also, while using "WaveGuide" feature (body-tune-type delay), you can set the % of your instrument, that goes through the waveguide. So the kicks of clings can get reverberated at your wish.
Last, the mode "interrupt" of Microcosm gets you completely unpredictable strum-like interruptions of your cosmic ROAT-sounds. You differ the activity of the effect and the reverb % throughout the composition.
